The Monolith of Regenesis

She pauses, her eyes widening. "The Red Flame...may I ask what it is?"

After what Epsilon might claim is an hour, several tendrils grow from the walls of the chamber, their ends shifting to form various tools. The ceiling opens up, and a small, floating sentinel flies down, a platform loaded with cubes of raw materials dropping down behind it. Then he hears The Uncreator's voice.

"Instructions?"

"Sight, first. Fix my eye, so that I may see."

"So it shall be."

The next thing Epsilon knows, his sight is returned. He can see everything perfectly clearly and with no motion blur, as if he can now perceive the world in ultra high-definition. However, everything appears to have a red tint. The room he is in is small and completely silver, with various streams of red light flowing across the edges and corners. He is hovering upright, and the reason behind the red hue happens to be that his whole body is being held up by a solid aura of red around him.

How his sight returned so fast is unclear. But even though it is impossible to tell the time of day from within this windowless chamber, it is still safe to say he was suddenly shut down for an unknown amount of time and then reactivated so precisely that no processing alerts he may have were triggered. The Uncreator's voice resounds from the walls, which might draw attention to the three small sentinels hovering in the air near you.

"Next, your limbs."

"I would never purposefully hinder you." She comments. She nods, before departing.

He receives no answer, beyond the quiet hum that normally resonates from the grand staircase leading to the open entrance of the Monolith.
