All Order troops are teleported out including the bunker in the basement.

The pale rahkshi, enraged by the Orders cowardice, rips through the walls rubble with hunger and sheer force. That combined with the crippling blow from the rahkshi-kal, the tower begins to topple.

Suffokait quickly searches the air for the teleportation trace. "They are in the water somewhere. The replacement air was stale and damp, but not earthy. Le-Bo-Ga-Wahi. A large river... Drown?"
The toa of water senses the dampness of the replaced area before it fades. "Fresh water, cool, muddy, teeming with life. Low-toxicity... At the river floor, likely bordering Ko-De-Ce-Kra-Wahi and close to Po-Onu-Ov-Ba-Wahi.

Species: Makuta Kanohi: Johun/Mask of Rebounding Weapons and Equipment: Power Lance, Rotating Blades, Shadow Staff, Kanoka Launcher, Rhotuka Spinner -- right hand covered by a 380mm cannon
"Ah," Bern declares. "Something fun." Keetonga finds herself set ablaze at temperatures reaching 9,000 degrees Fahrenheit.
At the same moment, Drown clenches her fist out in front of her, completely and utterly removing the moisture from Keetonga.
Meanwhile, Graiv focuses on his kanohi...
Kaatonga just hits herself with her own shields and absorbs the powers affecting her, which she then sends right back at the Toa. Not that the Toa have much ability to do anything, as Agegis creates small force fields around their heads, cutting off all air and slowly crushing them.
After doing so, both vanish as they are teleported away.
Blisstil uses her Repulsion powers and blasts the interceptor and bombs. Causing the bombs to explode prematurely. Actsiom's power activates, allowing him to avoid fear itself while the others start to feel its affects and quickly attacks the Rahkshi with his great sword, swinging at the legs of one of them.
The interceptor is moving too fast to hit, though the bombs are stopped. The Rahkshi sweeps its staff into a parry and kneels down, then flicks the lower blade back up to Actsion to cut his abdomen. The other Rahkshi lands behind him and stabs at him.
Actsion performs a high backflip after his swing was parried, avoid both attacks while slamming his great sword in the head of the Rahkshi that moved behind him. Though he, as with the rest of the Skidawkie, are teleported away.

OOC: Ah, Kaatonga, not Keetonga.
IC: ...that might work for the fire, but as for dehydration, I doubt it. Bern simply repels the rhotuka back into her the moment Kaatonga fires.
The forcefields lose their power via Splintears Avsa, giving Suffokait the ability to break each one with air pressure.

Rhotuka spinners, even ones with elemental power attached, can't be manipulated and thus Bern fails. Not that matters, since they're already gone.

OOC: Crast kanohi can repel just about anything, even nature itself. But as for rhotuka not being manipulated, Keetongu and Kaatonga's spinner shields disprove that theory.

OOC: Not specifying an attack means the opponent (me) gets to decide what the attacker (you) does. And her shield absorbs energy, as it does with any other kind of energy. That's not manipulating it to change direction, but merely converting it into something else.

OOC: Saying someone used their crast to repel a rhotuka doesn't need further explanation. Kaatonga's species is also not the only example of intacting with rhotuka, Nuju reflected a rhotuka with ice, other characters deflected rhotuka with plain and simple weapons due to the projectiles tangibility, and people can even grab onto them for a wind-flying ride. Why then would a Crast not be able to repel one?

OOC: I also doubt the shields could have been used to absorb the powers in the first place, since they were not being used against Kaatonga, but instead were being used on her. It's like a toa of iron crunching up someone's armor. The fire itself may have been absorbed, but the power was constantly being applied, therefore she would just brust into flames again.

OOC: I wasn't talking about the Crast not being able to repel the spinner, I was talking about elemental manipulation of it. And you didn't state that your character used the Crast to repel the spinner in your initial post/move, so I can change it. As for Kaatonga possibly still being on fire, she could just launch more spinners with constant absorption or a more powerful one. Either way, the power would be cancelled.
