Sand can be manipulated into great stone-like structures, and be sculpted into fine detail. Sand can also be taken down at a moments notice, and be used to construct an entirely new building. Sand golems patrol the streets, entirely unnoticed due to their ability to become plain grains of sand, and reshape into powerful guardians of the Zesk and Vorox.
Every castle is home to at least four dozen locals, and is capable of forming to the residents will through proper carving.

Makuta Lux arrives in a hurry, first finding the Kra-Matoran with his mental powers and using Stasis on them.
He then casts Truth on himself, allowing him to see through illusions and deception as he looks for the source of the infection. He gives a nearby Zesk a rapidly-synthesized carving tool as an apology for the disturbance.

Should I open up my mind to him? My will is unrivaled in all of existance, and I can sence that his is nothing more then an advanced and evolved makuta mind... A strong will, but nothing compared to mine. If I let him read my mind across the Metru, I can easily put him to death, but where is the fun in that? No, I will wait until he finds me, meanwhile I can continue my work.

Lux has found all the Kra-Matoran, and he quickly uses his Mohtrek in a chain reaction, before teleporting one dupe per Kra-Matoran to said kra-Matoran. The Kra-Matoran are put in stasis fields, as are the leeches. Infection contained, he appears in front of Kolak along with five dupes as he desummons the other ones. They all have stasis RHotuka charged, which they immedietely fire.

His adaptive armor bounces each rhotuka back after becoming reflective surfaces, and his weapons become a Griffin Gauntlet and a modified energy extraction rifle.
Pure shadow energy explodes in one of the Makuta's kanohi mohtrek, hopefully shattering it.
This is followed up by his glowing Avsa, draining power and inner light from everyone in the immediate area. If these are Av-makuta, this could prove fatal.

The dupes are instantly desummoned.
Lux suddenly flashes with blinding light, driving Kolak back even as he reaches out with Elasticity and Teleports the avsa away.

Suddenly, the teleported Avsa is replaced by a Felnas. If the makuta had already began to retract, Kolak reaches out with lightning reflexes and grabs him with Felnas energy ... Lux finds himself suddenly stretched and contorted beyond his limit as he is teleported to multiple places at once.
If the makuta survives, Kolak makes it his duty to fill the area with thick Shadow.
Once again, the Kra-Toa switches to his Avsa and drains the moral light from those nearby.

Once again, the Kra-Toa switches to his Avsa and drains the moral light from those nearby.
Kolak is faced with the dilemma that Lux's arm retracts far faster then he can move his arm into position, along with the fact that Lux's Dodge power activates.
Lux's response to the Shadow is also incredibly simple: Use his own basically limitless elemental reserves to _overpower_ Kolak's Shadow.
When Kolak tries the Avsa, said Avsa suddenly flies off under the power of Telekineses.

OOPS! that last move wasn't supposed to be there...
IC: As he was clearing away the Shadow surrounding him, I focused on a super explosion of Elemental Darkness inside of him. I hear av-makuta are susceptible to such blows.
When he tried to rip the kanohi Felnas (since Avsa wasn't supposed to be there) off of my face, it adapted to resist such force, mildly tugging my head forward even though it absorbed most of pull. The Midak Shadowblaster that formed on my left arm began to fire rapidly into the mouth of the makuta.
With the power-Lance tech blade forming in my right hand, I amplified all of the explosions of darkness inside of his antidermis.

Lux is already emitting intense light, allowing him to hold off the Darkness long enough to teleport, appearing CHameleoned on a roof. Kolak's mask is sudden;y demagnetized, making it fall off. Lux then applies Magnetism, Gravity, and Telekineses to make it snap in half. If this fails, he simply flings it across the Metru.

That failed when my mask adapted to each of those powers, but did pull me a short distance when the attempt to shoot it across the Metru was made. However, my armor adapted to flight and counterd the pulling too.
I know his antidermis is leaking... with no mask, a makuta will die slowly. And since my earlier blows of Elemental Shadow were applied directly inside of his essence, where radiating light would be neigh-impossible, I doubt he will live long. That doesn't mean I have won, though. He may of alerted others of my presence, which would delay my plans further.
I reach out with my sence of darkness, trying to get a fix on where he is based on the lack of Shadow in the area...

Until I locate him, the city needs to be re-supplied of their makoki to inner freedom.
