Since this place doesn't have currency yet, the matoran offer him their skills in exchange for his help. Suddenly a Muaka comes zooming out of the forest, a Le-matoran barely clinging onto it's back while screaming loudly.
Some Bo-matoran scramble to knock off it's masks and tie the mechanical cat down with vines.
Amra quickly runs to the commotion and turns into sand, reforming on top of the Muaka. He then quickly sprays a stun gas from his hand into the tiger's face, causing to collapse into a slumber. He jumps off the Muaka, grabbing the Le-Matoran and sets him on ground once he lands. He looks down at the Le-Matoran, not upset or stern, but his voice certainly show concern and a bit of curiosity.
"What were you thinking jumping on a Muaka's back like that? They're dangerous."

The Muaka sleeps. The bo-matoran restrain it, lest it wake and attack again. The le-matoran shrinks back. "One of the matoran brag-spoke that where he came from, they brokefought the junglewood rahi and made them become mounts... sir toa-hero... I quick-thought I could..."

"And you thought you could tame one of the more dangerous common Rahi? These tigers aren't tamable--you would have better luck getting a Catapult Scorpion to listen to you than a Muaka...." Amra sighs, "Just don't try a stunt like that again, okay?"
Many tanks and trucks drive up. One hatted and coated agent jumps out of a lead truck.
"Greetings! I would like to speak to your leader. We come in peace."
A suspicious matoran of plantlife looks up from his gardening. "Uh. This way." He leads them to the turaga...
"Greetings, wise Turaga. I represent a faction... no longer associated with the Brotherhood of Makuta. We are outcasts and refugees with no home, much as you do not have yours. I note that you have Toa here, but none carry weapons. So this is my offer to you: in exchange for protection, you grant us residence here."

The turaga raises an eyebrow and thinks for an awkwardly long moment. "It is true we have no defense as of yet. What assurance do you give that you will not... Puppet the city, with your weapons and our current lack thereof?"

"Weapons from our stock, and training in their use, along with optional education in tactics. The Matoran may never be as strong as us, but they can at least be as skilled."

Kadix dashes past. "Off to find a Catapult Scorpion, thanks for the advice!"

The turaga smiles. "Good. I accept these terms."
"Excellent!" The agent walks back to the convoy and motions for them to enter, where they park and immediately construct a command tent and other temporary shelters. Some of them install flak batteries at the edges of town.

"...okay..." The le-matoran leaves, shaky and embarrassed but not harmed.

A le-matoran walks up and pokes his head in. "I don't suppose you know how to tame rahi?"

The commandant looks at the Matoran like he's crazy. "What kind of Rahi...?" Matoran just naturally knew how to tame Burnak, Husi, and Ussal, right?

"Good, now--" See the other Le-Matoran running off, shouting what Amra is soon regretting saying. "That's not what I meant!" And thus he chases after the Matoran.

Kadix is already in a tree and is wind-running through the forest, having a little trouble at first before remembering his form and continuing to run. He does not hear Amra.
