In the middle of the blinding crystal plains sits a colossal reflective dome, Iota's home. Despite it's reflectiveness it is hard to find, as the crystal around it is equally reflective.
The Dome is equipped with a Kanoka energy pulse device, Kiril repair systems, Felnas antiteleport, and several War-In-A-Box-based hangars. It is currently only manned by Theta.
