The Time Dilator throws Darren to the ground, energy pulsating in his other hand.
You have one last chance. I will take you far away and you will get to survive, but continue to be unwieldy and you die here.
Darren stands back up, and gets into a ready stance. "But I don't want to leave, I'd much rather stay here and find wherever the Stronghold went. I would rather do it peacefully, but you seem determinated to stop me."
Darren continues to watch the Dilator, waiting for him to make a move.
In a bright flash of light, Veihrl appears in this mess high up in the air. All the Toa involve hear her voice in their head, especially the Ce-Toa. Though her voice is soft, it is has the commanding force of a tidal wave behind it.
"False Holders of the Title, how far will you force yourselves fall?"
Five Oohnorak quickly hurry through the large, rear hanger towards the Hunter. Four of the Visorak cast a quick, but intense glance at the remains of the Hunter before hurrying off towards the stacks of boxes and crates which crowd the back wall of the hanger.
One of the Oohnorak remains with the Red Hunter, and casts an eager, yet, serious glance at him. "This is fascinating....From a purely scientific stand point. Strengthen kanoka and regenerate kanoka will be used immediately to sustain and heal him, but his larger body will be a riddle. Ordinarily a simple regeneration would be enough, but this resembles a kraata, which would imply it, in fact, governs a shell. I'll try the different alternatives available at once."
Within a few seconds, the other Oohnorak return, each one carrying a crate. Placing the crates next to the area, they take out Kanoka of strengthen, remove poison, and regeneration, and begin applying one or two of each on the kraanohi ( ).
OOC: Nice name
IC: "I do not feel as if I am just one of those piloting a shell though, and there is no part of me where one could even fit." He begins communicating telepathically with the other hunters for a moment, then says, "Scan me, see what you can find. It might tell you how to fix him."
The Oohnorak officer nods, before turning to his team and snapping some orders off. The Oohnorak begin grasping kanoka and merging them together slowly, and carefully, creating a combination kanoka.
As this is occurring, the Crescent Carrier itself is enhanced with X-ray vision, Rode, radar, and telescopic vision. It uses these abilities to gaze intently at the weakened Hunter through a nearby S.A.D. camera.
After the combination kanoka has been created, it is revealed to be a kanoka of psychometry. The Lead Oonorak takes it, and hits himself with it, before touching the Kraanohi.

OOC: Biosector says those don't work on living things. Then again, it's half kanohi so...
IC: The Oonorak begins to get glimpses of the Kraanohi's past in quick flashes.
It sees the moment it began existing as a kraata and a kanohi were fused together, followed by several flashes of the Kraanohi pulsing in the midst of the hunter, like a heart beating inside it's chest. Then Adaptarix's attack, the blast of molecular disruption. The Kraanohi flashes brightly, appearing to be shielded from the MD, before the rest of the Hunter is destroyed. It plummets, barely flickering as the Red Hunter takes it to the carrier.

About half of the ce-toa bother to divert a portion of their concentration to responding. Veihrl is barraged with mental messages amounting to What?
Out from the midst of the black wall of kahgarak energies protecting the fleet, a Crescent Carrier emerges. Immediately, airborne bohrok, three Surveyor Wings, and more than a hundred smaller five foot obelisks swarm out of the rear hanger, advancing towards the battle.
Thirty of the ninety Pahrak present begin emitting low level seismic vibrations which ripple through the ranks of their allies, the vibrations evidently accomplishing nothing presently. The rest of the Pahrak level their destructive energies upon Zurakia.
The hundred and fifty strong force of five foot obelisks unleash a massive surge of firepower upon Adaptarix, leveling streams of cordak upon and atop him, aiming to completely swamp him in attacks.
The wealth of venom flyers, Shadow, Raptors, and Vulture Wings withdraw to this main force, and also open fire on both Zurakia and Adaptarix, pelting them with hundreds of flight negation spinners, and dozens of cordak blasts, poison zamor spheres, and freeze kanoka.
Meanwhile, on the outside of the battle, and on the exterior of the obelisk's perimeter, twenty four Firedrakes slip out of the swiftly growing kahgarak energy wall. These war ships emerge at positions directly next to the positions of the twenty obelisks, thus adding themselves to the defensive perimeter. Upon appearing, these ships begin construction of an additional layer of defense to add to the growing perimeter, this one being comprised of molecular disruption. Since the Kahgarak energies should prove a mental block to Adaptarix, he should not be able to realize the existence of this new layer and control it.
In the event complications arise with the shadow barrier, the firedrakes hold off on creation of the additional layer.
Berserker leaps out of the wreck of the ship he was in, into the middle of the battle. Simultaneously, Zurakia and Adaptarix teleport away, though not before extending their massive field of ZE to encompass the entire battlefield now, immediately stopping the kahgarak energies from being used as an escape route.
Berserker is not known for exquisite control over ZE. Rather, he is known for the pure amount of sheer force and energy he carries- enough to go toe-to-toe with Karunax. What would happen if all that energy was released at once, instantly?
Self-destructing, a massive explosion of energy overtakes the battlefield. Like a mini-big bang, the amount of force behind it launches the energy outwards at near light-speed, consuming the entirety of the enemy forces in a display that makes the Karda Nui energy storm look like a small candle in comparison. An event so magnificent it could be seen for hundreds of miles, and its tremors felt all around the planet.
Only the Fortress was safe, their vast reserves of ZE constantly redirecting the incoming energy towards it away.
ten thousand Zurakian soldiers teleport in to suppress them.
five hundred Tanks form the front line, guarding the 6,000 footmen, 500 medics, and 2 thousand arclions hiding underground.
Firing their pulse rifles into the horde, the footsoldiers tear through the horde, dropping the creatures left and right.
Exploding from the ground, the arclions also do extreme damage in a surprise attack that rips through the center of the horde.
The vast black shield covering the distant fleet which has been shivering constantly as the fleet's defensive flak counter fire has been passing through suddenly allows a new host of attacks through, these, aimed directly at the Zurakian force far below.
About two hundred thousand artillery grade blasts descend upon the Zurakian force in wave after wave of kakama enhanced intensity. The blasts consist of:
- General explosive shells bearing the combined powers of explosion, shattering, and disintegration.
- Solid iron shells aimed at crushing their targets.
- Shells containing compressed sonic energies, capable of releasing mind numbing concentrations of sound.
- Shells containing compressed and lethal high voltage chain lightning powers capable of sweeping through targets rapidly.
- Energy disruption blasts
- Flaming blasts of plasma, fire, and burning rock
In addition to these attacks, about 100 Firedrakes unleash their immense beam attacks. This time, leveling disintegration energies upon the force. Due to the size and sheer number of the Firedrakes and their beam attacks, the a large portion of the Zurakian force should be immediately exposed to the beam attacks, which, after sweeping through one part of the Zurakian formation, would move on to tear through the next.

A makuta looks down and grins un-shouldering two barrel machine guns. He opens olmak portals left and right swallowing up medics and throwing them into the sun. He uses Illusion to make it appear that he is in a different place.
The troops are already destroyed, and the energy-scanning would see Garadur regardless of his illusion.
Well, it wouldn't stop it from forming per-say, but the aura'd being wouldn't be able to pass through it.
Manipulator begins rapidly swapping his control between the three of them, making it impossible for any of them to concentrate even for a second before his control snapped them out of it, like a theoretical game of pinball.
Simultaneously, Zurakia gives an ounce of attention to this annoyance and, like a virtual case of Manipulator holding them down while the bully punched them in the face, he makes use of their near-comatose state to fire a concentrated mental attack at them one-by-one, in accordance to them being controlled. Normally, this attack wouldn't be concentrated enough to do much damage, but against someone completely compliant with such an attack, its devastating and the end result is reminiscent of several, insane Voidarixes.
That makes no sense, though... a reconnection of the fabric of space still isn't energy... eh, I suppose it doesn't matter.
Good job, you are currently disabling three toa out of over two hundred.
Thing is only three of them are being disabled, so each one of those concentrated attacks is counteracted by the other ten who aren't fighting the Manipulator. Or rather, two of those ten, as the other eight continue tearing his very thoughts from one another with their powers, and more importantly willing him to make the Manipulator stop.
The more that intervene, the more that Manipulator puts into the cycle of control. Given that each are barely given a second of consciousness before being forced back under and losing concentration- after all, they're fighting against the efficiency of a computer- they would still fall one by one.
Darren stands back up, and gets into a ready stance. "But I don't want to leave, I'd much rather stay here and find wherever the Stronghold went. I would rather do it peacefully, but you seem determinated to stop me."

The Time Dilator's hand lights up even brighter, a ball of energy sizzling above it.

Wait, they're losing conciousness? I was under the impression they were merely controlled, unable to attack, but still able to sense quite adequately. Depending on whether I misunderstood, the group either easily counters Zurakia or takes a decent bit of damage despite their mental shields.

My b, poor wording. Yeah, they're still awake, what I was trying to say was that they were basically brandead while under his control.

The Time Dilator motioned forward, and from his hand, a torrent of wave exploded outwards, washing over Darren.
Darren swings his mace at the wave, deflecting a good portion of it and making it miss him. He then jumps through, swingings at the Dilator.
Even if he deflected it a la the impossible, the mace's surface area was not large enough to protect him from the oncoming wave. It keeps battering him down, making him unable to leap into the air without being blasted backwards. The torrent is endless, rushing over him again and again, searing away the Matoran's armor until there was nothing left.

OOC: Regarding Berserker. As far as I was aware, he was still stuck inside a Dread Wing which had swarmed him with molecular disruption. Adaptarix's influence over said disruption was completely cut when I surrounded my entire fleet with a kahgarak shield, and, even without such a shield, the Dread Wing has its own personal shield which it has kept locked up. So there was no way Berserker was going to escape the ongoing disruption storm, and, even if he did smash his way out (an action that the Dread Wing would try to stop), he would simply punch his way out and into the main fleet formation. So it would be extremely difficult for him to get away from where he is in order to accomplish that move. I honestly had assumed that he was still being picked away at by the molecular disruption and would be, by this time, nearly whittled away.
OOC: Concerning the ZE being extended across the battlefield. Does this energy actively close portals which have already been opened?

IC: Nine red and thin beams of energy shoot out of the shielded Chagrin Fleet formation and directly at the Time Dilator. Enhanced with precision, kakama, strengthen, decrease density, and enlarge, these beams flash out, making contact with the Dilator's back and head. Instantly, the energies the dilator is immediately using go haywire, building up inside of him and flowing out destructively through him and all about him.
Darren is teleported at about the same time a large distance away, insuring his safety from the energy disruption attacks.
