She immediately grabs the equipment she needs and flashes away with a call of, "I'm sorry, i'm really sorry."

As a couple buildings die, Project Haven flashes into full activation and Nektann flood out of the Xiacarrier, nigh-instantly erecting a Hau field and following that up with several layers of reinforced Protosteel combined with Kiril and Hau disks, with the occasional Pakari and Freeze sprinkled in. 

Project Feudal #2 thinks furiously for a moment, as various subroutines flicker to combat priorities and Phantoka drones point their omniscanners upwards.

Through various portals, mass driver components and rings begin to arrive, as do several Zamor spheres.

The fabricators churn out half-spheres of Possibilities and Felnas disks, which are fitted into the Zamors.

The Zamors are surrounded by Nektann alloy metal in an aerodynamic shape as the mass driver is rapidly erected.
