She realizes her odd physiology gives her unusual articulation and attempts to incorporate this into her fiting style.
Yey trainify
"As fun as watching this all is, some more important training would be learning to survive in this form. Element Lords had their weaknesses and downfalls, you should know how to counter them."

"...That would probably be a good idea, yes."
"I'm assuming that means you actually know something about that?"
"I'm assuming that means you actually know something about that?"
"The Great Beings hired me to teach combat to things that make the Element Lords look like Thornax Stew. I've lived against several bouts with Lord of Sand when he tried to kill me. So, yeah, I know a thing or two."

Without warning, Feand fires a Thornax at Talia.
KABOOM Her Earth body explodes and she shortly forms another one out of the wall, readjusting it to her liking. "...ow?"

She doesn't get much of a chance to reform, as Feand cuts viciously to the point that with another well placed explosive Thornax, he sends Talia and a decent portion of earth off a newly formed cliff.
"You've got to move fast and never use a humanoid form unless you're talking. Always keep moving. Stay together in one spot for too long and you'll lose more than a temporary form."

She hits the ground, and instantly seeps into the ground.
She speaks out of the other wall. "Wait, you're talking like I can use a nonhumanoid one easily. How? I mean, I've noticed that I tend to sorta meld with the earth, but you're talking like there's more than that."

"Tulla, would you be kind enough to show her these images?"

"Of course." Telepathic link go! Tulla pulls her blade from the exploded dirt telekinetically.

What Talia sees is the Lord of Sand, at first in a slightly humanoid form. Really, only his head and arms are really semi-normal looking. It shows his quick, fast movements, ditching one pile of sand he inhabited and coming back easily fifty feet away from his original location in an instant. And just general images of the Lord of Sand being, well, sand. Moving across his dominion with ease as a mere wave. Essentially, she is shown just a mere concept of what her new powers can do.

Talia is vaguely glad she lacks a jaw to drop. That would be embarrassing. "...Wow."

"That was just from the receiving end. I don't know all you can do, but I know enough."
Talia practices quick and smooth transitions between humanoid and nonhumanoid forms, as well as jumping bodies rapidly.
As Talia practices this, Feand asks Tulla a question. "Why didn't you force the Great Beings to fix you?"
"I can't trust them, I don't have much leverage since they reverse my powers, and considering they invented Baterra, I don't doubt they have good self-defense constructs."
