Silver's personal aircraft hovers outside the gates, dropping Silver off from its underbelly. The ship cloaks itself. Silver eyes the area, seeing Charix and Valix bickering, and the Composer walking by.
Charix blinks, his private moment of rest interrupted unexpectedly. Processing Magzus's words, Charix grows slightly frustrated, the emotion bleeding over into his response.
"And what could I possibly want to do with a world? You were created by a Makuta, you have part of a Makuta in you, and yet you know nothing of old Brother-Hood History? The Brother-Hood has a mandate. The matoran are to be protected, threats to them are to be eliminated. Everything I do is for the Brother-Hood and about its business. I have no patience for warlords, and little respect for egotists. You and countless others like you simply insist on perpetuating a hatred of my organization. So, before I gain a temper, please refrain from idle words, and, if genuinely interested in my plans, simply ask me."
The Composer finally returns to Xia, uncharacteristically opting to approach the city the old-fashioned way: walking. Having overheard Charix's words, he speaks as he strides slowly past Magzus and the Makuta.
"The Matoran are not long for this world. They will wither and die, as hopeless things do. They do not need protection... they need a swift and unremarkable passing."
Charix's head snaps round at the Composer as he passes by, a sharp, short, but lethally focused power scream blasting from his face towards the entity.
Charix speaks immediately following the outburst. "So said the Zyglak, but where are they now?" Charix uses his customary mind reading powers to attempt to discern the newcomers identity.

Charix will quickly realize that he has only once before encountered such a massive intellectual presence, back on Destral. This one, however, refused to let down any of his walls for telepathic communication, forcing the Makuta's reading to come up blank. The entity stops as the power scream washes over him, and turns his head slightly back towards Charix.
"Lying cold in their lonesome graves, cementing the foundation for yours, waiting for you to join them."

Charix, making a determined effort not to act rashly, pushes his pride aside momentarily as he silently assesses the situation. Clearly this was someone akin to the Anonymous.
At length, Charix allows a sigh to escape his featureless face as he responds in a somber tone. "So shall we all lie, in a grave dug by Zurakia."

Magzus turn to the unknown being. "Wh-what are you?" The toa of fire cannot help but keep his gaze on TC.
"Greetings Xians. I am Raltisk, a commander in the organization of Chagrin. I am contacting you in regards to the situation of Atero-Nui. The city still sits in the clutches of the Talinist regime and, nothing, so far as I can tell, has been done to further the work of the Atero Guard. With all due respect, I request the aid of Xia in fulfilling the Guard's expectations. With the disappearance of the Manas, it would seem there would be no better time."

"The only grave Zurakia has dug is his own. He is a primate, reaching up and trying in vain to pluck a star from the black canvas, when he should be complacent with what he can already touch. He will fall long before the likes of you, for one simple reason: he hasn't much else to gain."
The Composer glances at Magzus to respond, but not before conducting an analysis of the red-armored figure within a nanosecond.
"I am free. Can you say the same?"
He looks back at Charix.
"I have taken note of your plight against Zurakia's forces. Indeed, one of the things already within his grasp is the whole of Spherus Magna. I think both of our parties require a truce to stand a chance against his brutality with minimal losses. I can approach the Xian government to formulate a combination of their might and yours. Would you be agreeable to that?"

"Free? I am Magzus, Toa of fire/Makuta hybrid. A Makuta's worse nightmare!"

"This Makuta doesn't seem afraid of his 'worst nightmare'."

Magzus gives a angry look at the Green being. "I have defeated many Makuta. They will pay for what they have done. I lost my sisters and brothers because of that green and blue fool!" Magzus shows TC Bag. It seems he has a arm with a lid on it in the bag. "I have that fools left forearm."

"If you insist on trying to kill anyone that could potentially aid in Zurakia's destruction, then you're part of the problem. I don't think you want to be in that position."

"...."
Charix mentally speaks to Magzus.
"I'll speak with you later..."
Charix then turns to The Composer, his eyes shining brighter as he responds. "I am glad to here you seek to help. You might stand a chance against Zurakia." Narrowing his eyes, Charix pauses, before continuing in a quizzical, slightly puzzled fashion. " I am surprised that a being of your stature would think it necessary to risk Xia's safety in this skirmish. Surely you don't require their assistance? For my part, any additional help is appreciated, although the risks are certainly high."

"You misunderstand. If I intended to challenge Zurakia myself, I would have already laid waste to him, his pawns, and everything they've collectively built. No, this constitutes a turning point in Spherus Magna's history, and is a plight that its populace must struggle with on their own. Only then will we see who truly deserves to hold dominion over the world. I am, however, willing to contribute opinions and finite resources to the side that is most clearly at a disadvantage. A social experiment of this magnitude is hardly an experiment without some unnatural addition to the norm, don't you think?"

"That is correct."
"I see."
Charix glances at Magzus before speaking again to The Composer.
"Yes, Xia's presence would be most helpful. I shall postpone the attack until Xia is ready. I must leave now, I have matters to attend to."
Charix darts another glance at Magzus, sending a mental message to him. "And you are coming with me, if you would. You requested my plan. You shall know it."
Charix teleports himself and Magzus away to the Plains of the Skakdi and New Chagrin.
