You are contradicting yourself, and this falls under the category of instakill.
OOC: No I wasnt, and no it doesn't.
These rahkshi have been exposed to viruses and have the kraata power level of a makuta, they would not have to get within your specified range to cause explosions or use magnetism.
There were opportunities to resist their fate, therefore it was not an instakill. Sorry if you placed all your chips in the pool, but I didn't make your moves.
OOC: OP as Hell, but, even if I can get beyond that point, ECU troopers have a greater range with their snipers than a makuta would have due to long range sights. They could all be gunned down before the first rahkshi came within firing range.

What virus are you using, anyhow?
OOC: You also said, "Using Warlord gauntlets, and raildaks in sniper config. the troops mow down and destroy the kraata of every rahkshi that passes." Which implies the they were waiting to ambush the rahkshi, to take them out from afar. "Any Rahkshi that get within 50 yards of the ECU troopers are either sliced to pieces by Raildak bolts, or detonated using the Warlord Gauntlets." Suggested that the Rahkshi had to be within 50 yards of the troopers to get a clear shot, which made sense for the rocky terrain.
The one that enhanced these rahkshi was developed some time ago by Krakarda. I spent more time in its development then most RPers would, and it is considered viable.

Is this the "KR44T4" virus?
OOC: You specified it differently in the post, but if you want to start the entire thing over again, we can ask rocketracer7235...
No. KR44T4 is a failure virus that severed kraata control, freeing exposed rahkshi. However, this enhancement virus was in the same production line as KR44T4.
The matoran examine the rahkshi suspiciously, glance at the toa, and shrug. "Eh. If the toa'll vouch for you, I suppose we can trust ya."
"He just met me five minutes ago."
"..." The matoran look at him with redoubled suspicion. "Do you know an- hang on. JAGOT!" A matoran with a Rode comes over. "You have one of those clip things, yeah?" "Yes?" "Use it to see if this rahkshi tells the truth." Jagot flips a switch beside his eye, activating a device that shoots him with his Rode's energy. "Now... Rahkshi, do you know anything about our recent rahkshi attack? Were you involved or anything?"

"No. I don't think so."
"He's not lying." "Hmm. Do you harbor any ill intent towards us?"
