OOC: Of who I can remember, Terakha; a Brutaka with bulky armour and a mask of Conjuring, A Turaga leader of New Artakha, Proto; Vortixx leader of Xia, a Matoran (?) leader of the Atero Nui Guard.
IC: Upon noticing Proto, the 'Toa's' attention is dead set on the room.
"I need to listen to this..."
Oooh, but I concur. *A fiendish yet-very-short hammer-wielding fellow comes up from behind and leans against Cold Steel in a friendly manner*

Do tell! HEE HEE HEE!
The midget falls straight through the Toa's intangible form. The Toa just stares at the Judge with a blank expression.
Oh, you don't remember me, do you Cold Steel? Hee hee, I guess it's been too long. Your posture is worse than the last time we met but I thought for sure you'd remember your old acquaintance The Judge, hee hee. Shall I go on?

Istaki rose from his seat, a state of mild disturbance written across his kanohi. Making no effort to calm himself, he spoke. "Who are you, and why are you here?"

Oh, hee hee. I suppose I really ought to introduce myself, shouldn't I, hee hee hee! I am often known as The Judge. I am overseer of the Final Court system in Meh-Nui (a city I'm sure you've never heard of, tis quite kept under wraps, hee hee.)
Cold Steel has ventured into the system before however... quite unexpectedly and unappreciated as well. You are in league with this vagabond?

Nulled, he would not recognize Cold Steel on posture alone.

OOC: Hold on he's still in the counsel room right? Cause this is currently just outside the door.

OOC: Welp, forgive my accidental rule breakings. This is what happens when someone invites your egotistical friend onto a roleplay he only barely showed up on in the old days. :3
IC: You don't remember me, old friend? Hee hee hee, I suppose as a Toa you've gotten smarter, and yet that much more dense. I followed you here after you left the city of Meh-Nui and didn't pay one single bill for all of the damages you caused... did you think I would forget? And who is this... vagabond you're associating with?

The soldiers on duty exchanged peculiar glances before taking the path on inquiry.

"Name, faction, and intention."
The Toa simply stares them down.
"That is my own business, but feel free to get rid of this... whatever he is."

Hee hee hee, you're as rude as a I remember Cold-*erm* you little *glances at size* you big problem maker. Sirs, I demand I be allowed to speak with him immidietly, in private if you do not mind. We have some... business to sort out, hee hee hee.

"Neither of you comply, but since the Ko-Toa is considerate-" The first guard made a gesture to the second.
Picking up on the signal, the second guard moved in front of The Judge. "I'm going to have to ask you to leave."

Now hold on here! I am the Judge of a respected establishment, is this any way to treat authority? I am just here to question a suspect, certainly that must account for something in your trivial justice systems!

The "Judge" barely gets anything out of his mouth before the Toa groans, picks him up and teleports him five miles away from the building. He then turns to the guards and simply turns invisible, wondering if they can still detect him. Meanwhile, a tiny, invisible and relatively decent scanning system is teleported into one of the ceiling corners before the Toa becomes visible again... outside the building.

"...well that's odd. I guess we have another story to tell."
