If they could conceive it, the Time Dilator took a millionth of a nanosecond longer to appear. In that time, he returns with a small bomb. He drops it onto the floor and disappears yet again.
Immediately, it detonates, a massive explosion of energy washing over the scientists and obliterating them.
The mountainer diverts a split second of attention to box in the explosion with half a foot of protosteel.
The Time Dilator reappears behind the mountainer, plopping an identical bomb on his back before disappearing yet again.
The Mountainer is a ship, it's high in the air where you can't get to it with your lack of flight, and a small bomb won't cut it
Hm, if that's the case, my move nulled.
The Time Dilator instead does this to the nearest vortaxx
The nearest vortixx is flung across the room away from the bomb by Iron manipulation with another precious split-second of focus. A xiamissile phases into being, unleashing teleport energies that relocate the scientists to The Mountainer.

The Time Dilator takes this opportunity to retrieve all the ZE samples and destroy any and all research.

Silver enters the Underground. He finds the hole left in the wall by P2 Vortaxx, finding it convenient. He continues through the Old Underground and into the lab with the timegate, ignoring any Nektann who might still be lingering. He sits himself down on the lab table and the liquid metal covering oozes off, slithering toward the old computer. It enters the computer and turns it on, its own AI actin as an operating system. Silver boots himself down as two robotic arm like appendages come out from the walls, opening a small panel on the back of his head. Inside the panel is wiring and circuits, the metal arms performing "robot brain surgery". This process goes on for a few minutes.

The compartment on Silver's head is closed as the robotic arms return to where they came. The liquid metal slithers from out of the computer, joining itself once again with Silver's endoskeleton. Silver awakens, no longer held prisoner by the restrictive programming put in place by Vortaxx. He gets up from the lab table, a several small teleportation tagging device appearing to be expelled from his body. He proceeds through the Old Underground, tagging various items of machinery. He stops to consider the Time Gate. He decides it to not be necessary. Silver teleports the tagged objects, along with himself, to Avkra-Metru.
The crumbled and burned body of Apollyon appears once again in a flash of light, “God. I saw God.” He says once more before succumbing to his wounds. Vortaxx approaches the body, crouching down, and pokes it with a metal rod. No movement. “Hrm.” Vortaxx stands up. “This is all gravely concerning.”

Nektann are sent to the Time Gate and begin examining it's technology, despite the lack of software...
“You won’t get far.” Vortaxx says, having returned to the remnants of the old underground. “It’s comprised of a material from another dimension.”

“You won’t get far.” Vortaxx says, having returned to the remnants of the old underground. “It’s comprised of a material from another dimension.”
The lead nektann responds by carving off a sliver of the casing with it's leg. It then shoots both the fragment and the casing with Kiril, regenerating the fragment into a larger piece and the casing back to normal.

The other nektann continue their scans.
The nektann finds that it can’t carve anything off of the Time Gate. If he pressed hard enough, his utensil would break. “Hehehahah. Nice try. But like I said, it’s from another world. One of its unique properties is that it can actually absorb energy and redisperse it. In fact, my armor is...no...wait...that was the other me’s armor. I’m sorry. I get confused some times.”

The Nektann shoots the Time Gate with Mohtrek to summon another from the past. You know, from when it had programming.

Vortaxx laughs again, “Like I said. It absorbs energy. It’s a shame that the mineral it’s made of doesn’t exist here. It’s potential is nearly limitless.”

The memories the Nektann see are distorted, all a blur. It sees the Time Gate in use, somehow seeing the memories of the Vortaxx who came through it not long ago? No matter. As it receives the memories they become more chaotic and distorted, ultimately causing the Nektann unit to short circuit. “Funny.” Vortaxx says in an amused yet also surprised voice.

The other nektann shoot it with Kiril to fix the damage. The Nektann looks from vortaxx, to the time gate, to vortaxx again. It slumps a small degree, resigning itself to the fact that the machine will take much work to make useful, and may not be usable at all.
Xia recieves communication from NA asking for closer interaction between their scientists. Mohtrixx sees no problem and the AIs seem to find the idea promising, and so Xia agrees - with the stipulation they can withdraw at any time should they change their minds.
