Metarahk's blood eye lights investigated the Koro one last time from his perch in the sky. Although he would have looked like a vulture to any who could see him, he was actually set on the living. As soon as all of the corrupted matoran had departed, he decided to echo their flight. It truly was a shame Metarahk hadn't gotten there a few days ago, he really could have bonded with the previous inhabitants.
Eric and a group of 20 combat drones teleport into the area, along with a small cache of weapons. Half of the drones leave to gather the closer Kra-Matoran, while Eric and the half of the remaining drones search the town for any possible threats, eliminating them. The rest of the drones guard the weapons and greet any of the returning Kra-Matoran, directing them to an area where they can wait, and threatening the use of force if they don’t comply.

Eric explains the prominent dangers of the world, using the example of the recent Brotherhood attacks and Zombies, and continues on. “Shadow matoran are usually at the bottom of everyone’s priorities, mostly due to the fact people assume shadow is evil. This town is an example of that, filled with poverty and neglected due to the matoran that live within it. I’m here to give everyone a chance to live better lives, and giving yourself proper defenses against threats like the brotherhood. Of course it won’t be free, you’ll have to do some stuff every now and then and there will be a couple laws, like no random acts of murder. Otherwise it won’t be anything to strenuous, and I’ll let you live as you wish.” Eric pauses. “If you don’t like these terms, you can go ahead and leave now.”

The matoran think for a moment, before one tries to lead a charge for the weapons. Others start joining in before the first is shot by several of the drones, being quickly incinerated. The rest grumble and walk off, obviously not caring much for order. Eric sighs, giving up on the lost cause that are the shadow matoran. He sends the drones off to the tower with the weapons, keeping a Hau shield and a plasma blaster for himself. He wanders off to somewhere else in the region.
