The OTAT glides over, slowing down as it approaches the guards. The transport stops a few yards in front of the gaurds, and three Vohtorak Deployers, two Kohrok, one S. and one R. Exo Toa and the Oohnorahk Larkisk step gingerly over the sides of the transport.
The Visorak, bohrok and exo toa quickly fall into ranks around Larkisk as he carefully plods over to the guards. He speaks in a quiet tone to the guards once within easy speaking distance.
"Greetings. I am Larkisk, head of strategic operations. Your captains Kiatra and Dojo met me at Venom's Peak. You requested confirmation on Sky Shield?"
Any and all potential retaliation numbers or precautions remained hidden behind the walls, leaving only two visible squads(8) of War Vahki to patrol the perimeter. An official stoonds between two teams(5) of Recon Guardsmen.
"Yes. We are aware of our alliance with the restored Brother-Hood. We are also aware of Inharax's schemes. You won't mind if a Rode beam washes over you? We have to be sure."
Larkisk squints a little at the mention of the Rode usage but shrugs and nods. "Do as you wish."

A cool blue light seemed to reflect off of a mirror and glide over part of the Dreadwing and most of the forces. Seconds after it stopped, the officer smiled. "I'm glad you are who you say you are."
Ten Squads(of8) of War Vahki and five squads(of6) of War Maxilios seemed to materialize around the corners of the fortress walls.
"'Sky Shield...' sounds like someone has a defence against the Karzanhi in orbit. We can provide help and support if you are willing."

"My willingness would be dependent on what support you have in mind. It would be pointless for you to waste forces against the Manas."
Larkisk glances at the newly revealed forces with some degree of hesitation. "Since you have such a significant presence in this Wahi, I have made a decision to inform you of what I am seeking to accomplish through this project. You are comfortable discussing this matter outdoors?"

"Our words are silenced after traveling 2 kio. What we say is protected."
The officer gestured to the vahki and Maxilios. "These units are like sand... we have hundreds in every facility. The Maxilios cannot opperate in a zero G vacuum, but their weapons are formidable against shielding. Research has begun on Manas killing missiles. Lastly, we also lay claim to a fleet of piloted orbital support."

Larkisk blinks and responds with a hint of surprise. "So you have forces in orbit? That may prove useful. Your missiles will need a way to find their targets without being crumpled by iron, magnetism and gravity powers. You have a way around that problem?"

"Theories have been flying, and we are currently working on six different methods. Charging an object with toa power makes it impossible to elementally manipulate it, similar to Inharax's armor. Other possibilities have been classified until they have been confirmed."

"That is...Possibly intriguing."
Larkisk glances around the area again before continuing.
"This Wahi is to be the test for my new tools. A Wahi wide defense and monitoring network operated by my personal creations: Defender Obelisks. Given current deployment status, they should...Will be able to cast a cohesive shield of energy across the skies of the entire Wahi, effectively preventing the Manas from descending over the area. I have sufficient confidence in my creations as defensive platforms, but they should also prove highly effective as weapons platforms. I thought you may be interested to know these things."

"Very useful to know. We will have to coordinate our attacks on the Manas when the time comes." The officer responded with gratitude. "Anything else, sir?"

Larkisk quickly answers with a "No, that was all I intended to say," before suddenly stopping as a sudden, small spark of surprise crosses his face. "Well it seems there is something else. I have received orders to prepare a strategy for an invasion force that will seize an enemy fortress."
Realizing that this requires further explanation, Lablisk pauses, and speaks in a more gathered, matter of fact way.
"My ranking Makuta leaders have been assaulted by a Great Being. Evidently this being sought to formally execute one of our allied Makuta. When Lord Charix heard of it, he resisted. Now the Great Being wants to execute the entirety of the allied Makuta. My associates have decided that the Great Being's assets must be terminated before he can become a greater threat to us. He possesses an army that has already attacked our forces and we have discovered a fortress he has established. This order of war against him seems, to me, to be an effort to prevent him from indirectly hurting and distracting us in our efforts against Inharax. Although we would not insist upon it, I have been instructed to see if you are prepared to render any aid in this effort?"

"I am the three star Captain of Aki-Metru. There are three hundred matoran beneath me, and far more machines. I tell them to charge an empty desert, and they wilfully obey. My word also carries influence to those above me. If you give me proof of his attack and the coordinates for his base, I can send support. It may take additional time for Rua-Metru to reach a conclusion, but they may also elect to assist The Brother-Hood if I relay the information. Just give us the coordinates for both where he attacked your makuta and where his base is."
Quar stands near the platform, arms folded and feet at an angle. When and only when he speaks, he bobs his head while tapping his lead foot. "Baterra. Robots from the Core War. Robots who served the Order of Mata-Nui. Robots who have albeit lost their purpose. You have come here to make a pact with the matoran Guard?"
