It appears I don't need to make this topic. Here are three minor characters for the reboot: (If this is not the best place to put this I apologize)
Name: Krnos Species: Toa Kanohi: Hau Element: Earth Weapons: Two protosteel blades that can channel his powers About: A member of the toa team that defends Lovok, with Krax, Chang, The Question, Catal, and Valace.
Name: Catal Species: Toa Kanohi: Ruru Element: Ice Weapons: Simple climbing tools that can be used like a knife. About: Member of the same Toa team.
Name: Valace Species: Toa Kanohi: Sanok Element: Water Weapons: A disk launcher and twin hydro-blades About: A member of the same Toa team.
Profile for all the entities in the Hellworld that I've come up with as of yet,
Note: All Hell beings have a link to the Hellworld that allows them to travel between the two when they wish. All hell beings also have fire based elemental powers.
Name: Imp
Size: Roughly the size of Toa, slightly larger
Powers/Abilities: Imps have a wide range of abilities. Their primary ability is the disruption of nearby electrical, elemental, and energy fields within a twenty yards radius. Due to this containment of an Imp, unless in a protosteel cell, is near imposible. Despite the name, an Imp has rather great strength and could easily win in an arm wrestle with a Toa. They have the ability to use fire based elemental moves, just like all other Hell beings.
Appearance: Imps appear as rather bulky beings covered with spikes of various size. Their bodies are not meant for the gravity and atmosphere outside of the Hellworld, and a own side caused by this results in them usually shuffling around and moving slowely. Though when close enough to their prey they are known to move at normal speeds. They are fully organic beings and seem to have trouble breathing outside of the Hellworld.
Name: Hell Knights or HKs
Size: Bigger than an Imp, slightly larger than a Glatorian
Powers/Abilities: Standard fire abilities. Hell Knights have a tough set of armor making them harder to kill than an Imp. They typically wield a large sword and have limited elemental control of Earth and telekinesis.
Appearance: Hell Knights have a more regal appearance than an Imps zombie esq one. Their armor would remind one of a rusty knights armor. Outside the hell World they do not shuffle around like an Imp, instead having a slow gait that can easily transition into a run.

Oooohkay... Basis in canon, please?
Um... by being living creatures? Not really a basis in canon, much like quite a lot of what's in the prime RP, but does have a basis pre established RP canon through ties and relation to Apollyon.

Ehm stuff without basis in canon isnae allowed. Profiles nulled unless they get a basis in canon.

I have to call in question the legitimacy of that. If it were some kind of technology then fine, but we are talking about profiles for a species. A non canon species at that, but a species none the less. The RP is currently filled with non canon species as of now. To all of the sudden have restrictions on non canon elements is preposterous given the high amount of non canon technology and species present in the Prime RP. If I were to make a new kind of robot army, would that called into question given that it would be a non canon robot?

Non canon elements have been banned for forever.
Additionally, almost all non canon technology in the RP is either tech that is a reasonable extrapolation of what the canon MU could have developed or non-OP Bionicle-feeling technology.
Both Personas and the Legion function under single-use agreements made with their users; The rules are waived to some degree in their case as they function under fairly strict noninterference policies. And yes, it would be called into question.

Uh-huh. So my Hell Knights are all nulled because they have no canon basis and I don't get the chance for some kind of agreement like with the Legion and Personas? What if I retcon them into a pre existing army? And is it really so out of canon that there would exist an as of yet unknown species in another universe?

The rules binding the Legion and Personas relegate them to a policy wherein they cannot even touch the charecters of the main RP without certain conditions being met; in the case of the Personas, it is mutual consent with all parties involved. The Legion is more complicated, but essentially unless someone is being dreadfully OP they cannot interfere with the main RP. I doubt either arrangement would be satisfactory for you, but nonetheless you may propose terms.
The no new armies rule is to prevent the widespread arms race problem we used to have, where every single user decided to make their own faction that had to be just as tough as everyone else. So yeah, no retconning.
Well, while one of a kind species are definitely allowed under the basis of the ORder of Mata Nui and Dark Hunters, mass armies made of fanon species aren't, per the Zaan affair that happened some time ago, wherein Vestak attempted to invade the RP with an interdimensional army made up of a fanon living metal species. Additionally, from your description the "Hellworld" does not classify as another universe precisely, more as another "realm".

Alright, in terms of my Hell Beings - which I wouldn't quantify as OP, but that's just me - would it be possible to keep them but with very few interactions with the Prime RP, wherein those interactions only a small few will be used. The few interactions will remain so until the event where Apollyon returns and uses the Hell Beings as a new army, where they will inevitably be defeated and discarded. Would that be possible?

I'm just gonna pop in and say that this seems pretty reasonable.

The main issue here is that they would disrupt others' RP experience wherein they wish not to be bothered by beings with such a loose adherence to canon. You need more specific conditions then just "a few interactions".
An army invading the entire RP is definitely out of the question unless you somehow got near-unanimous approval from everyone currently active in the prime RP.

When I settle in for an event I usually have a rough outline prepared, though this outline does have occasional shifts. The only planned interaction in the Prime RP for now is the interaction of the Red Star, followed by the invasion that will occur in about a years time at minimum. And couldn't I just ask people if they were fine with the presence of the Hell Beings? And what is the RP experience that others have? Seems to me that for most everyone it's "conquer, defend, make allegiances" or some slight variation.

See, you're not being specific enough, presumably for the reason of secrecy. I can't allow hell beings unless I know everything about them, because I can't apply the usual canon assumptions. If you'd prefer to PM me the details, fine, but as it stands I can't in good conscious allow them.
What you describe is maybe half of the current RP; there's plenty of politics, as well as a lot of IC interaction, and a mass invasion would not fly well.
(and that's even assuming it would survive the first wave)
(Hey. Haven't rp'ed in a long long time. Anyway still using the same old same old. Also just found this place today while rebuilding Magzus. School kept me off Bionicle for a while.)
Name:Magzus Species:Toa Element:Fire Weapons:Protosteel claymore sword Kanohi:Hau About: Likes to be with other toa. Is very old.
Name:Amadox Species:Brutakian Element:None Weapons:Protosteel staff that fires energy bolts(catchy) Kanohi:Pehkui About:Just a random guy at the OOMN Hideout who currently works as watchman. He's also the only guy in the reboot I currently use with this account.
Name: deardius Specie: toa Weapon: garnet sword Height: normal toa Mata height Element: shadow Side: good
Backstory: Deardius was once just a toa, after his wife died he went to an island called aizland. He knew his wife's murderers birth stone would be there. He took it and created the garnet sword.

What in the world is a birth stone? Does this garnet sword have any powers?
You are aware that Toa don't have wives in Bionicle right?

Well this happened in my universe. A birth stone was used in creating a character and the garnet sword dosent really have powers
