Deck: Kartos actually let out a chuckle as he heard Lync's remark.
"Maybe so, but they are an important creature to the Water Villagers, and are quite intelligent." As he spoke, the Toa heard a scratching sound on the side of the hull. As he looked over a small, 3 ft Nami pup crawled over the side and into the boat. It looked up at the Kartos and Linc before coming next the the Hunter and looking up, letting out a light hiss as it did. This made Kartos laugh a bit more. "It looks like you may have a new friend."
Brig: Tormaigh gave a slow nod to the Villager.
"I heard m friend up there, Linc, was going off the find something and wanted to tag along."
Capt. Quarters:
Deck: Lync hisses back. "It appears to like me as much as I like it."

Brig: "The other Hunter?"
Deck: The Nami let out a different hiss with a touch of growl, making it sound sad. Kartos eyed the creature, then the Lync.
"Nami only produce hisses and growls. That first hiss meant this little one likes you. And the growling hiss means it is sad." The small creature then walked closer to the Hunter, pawing at her foot and letting out a low, high-pitched growling.
Brig: Tormaigh looked at the Villager.
"Yep. Then again, her getting me locked up shouldn't surprise me. Most Hunters don't like me all that much. Come to think of it, it's almost like someone told all of them to hate me. Can you believe that!?"

Deck: Lync crouches down so that she's face to face with the Nami. "Look. You don't eat the things I'm trying to hunt, and we're good. Capiche?"
Brig: "Yes," Ticeli says plainly. "You've treated us nicely enough, but you tried to get our guards to fight each other for the fun of it. Not indicative of a generally nice person."
Unfortunately not. You could see my original, correct?
Regardless, here are the steps I used when trying to create a whisper. Maybe you could try again?

Ok. Should be fixed
Strangely I still can't see it. I guess all that's left to try is you putting a whisper in another new post, and if that doesn't work, I'm afraid we'll have to just have the conversation without secrecy.
Deck: The little Nami nodded before rubbing against Lync's leg, letting out a happy sounding growl. Kartos then gave the small creature a closer look.
"Looks like this Nami is a girl. But it's strange. Nami don't usually leave their parents until they are 10 ft long.
Brig: Tormaigh just stared.
"Well, maybe it wasn't completely for fun, but I see what you mean."
Deck: I hope I didn't kill her parents, Lync thinks darkly. I'll just blame it on Tormaigh. "Eh, the parents are probably right below water," she says aloud.
Brig: "What other purpose did it serve?" Ticeli questions.
OCC: Ok. IC: Capt. Quarters: "All I know is that neither me or Kartos trust Lync. Why?
Deck: Kartos walked over the side of the ship, looking at the group of massive reptiles. None of them were looking for hatchlings, which led Kartos to one conclusion.
"Sadly, I don't think her parents or siblings are around. No Nami is looking for her."
Brig:
Tormaigh leaned closer and whispered. "Tried to create a distraction in my own, fun way."
Capt. Quarters: "All I know is that neither me or Kartos trust Lync. Why?
"They are an ancient race, interested solely in their own preservation. Lync talked of the elemental creatures, and her desire to find them. I used to believe these creatures existed only in our own mythology, but that was before--"
He stops himself.
"Before we continue, there is something you must know. I am trusting you to be my ally, and you must tell no one."

Deck: "Yeah, little one? Lync reaches down to pet the Nami. "Don't worry. Being alone isn't what some make it out to be."
Brig: Ticeli nods. "Makes sense. You don't seem like the kind to sit quietly on someone else's whim."
Kogaru leans in conspiratorially. "Look, breaking out is not a good idea. By now we're in the middle of the ocean. There's nowhere to go if we get out, and I don't trust these Skull Raiders to treat us this nicely the second time around. Our best bet is to sit tight until we get back to Okoto."
Capt. Quarters: Laito gave his fellow leader an odd look.
"You know I won't talk. Now what's this all about?"
Deck: Kartos simply nodded as he checked the Nami again.
"You know, since this young one has taken a liking to you, you could give her a name." Kartos was admittedly trying to get a fell for how the Hunter thought. He still didn't trust her, but he couldn't tell how she thought.
Brig: Tormaigh just crossed his arms.
"Fine. I'll just sit and wait.... No problem................................................... I don't know how much longer I can wait!"
Deck: Kartos simply nodded as he checked the Nami again.

Deck: "Hmm..." Lync looks at the Nami. "Y'know, maybe you should name her."
Brig: Kogaru chuckles; Ticeli just shakes his head.
"You could tell us more about yourself," Kogaru suggests. "Just to pass the time."
Capt. Quarters: Laito gave his fellow leader an odd look.
"You know I won't talk. Now what's this all about?"
"Decades ago, before the raiders went underground, I was only a S'itu soldier and I was on a mission in the region of jungle, near the Temple of Time. The others had gone ahead, but I lingered, my curiosity about the old legends keeping me behind. I entered and found the Mask of Time on a pedestal in the center, underneath the open roof, letting the light of the stars illuminate the temple."
He smiled. "I put it on and saw the future. I saw bits from many years ahead yet the story was incomplete. But I remembered seeing the elemental creatures, and in a future where they are used, it will spell war and doom for the island. As soon as the hunters get their hands on them, the toa will fight them for control of the creatures, and they will involve the people of Okoto in a needless conflict. Lives on all sides will be lost, so no one must have the creatures."
Capt. Quarters: Laito gave the fellow Raider a shocked look.
"Wait, wait, wait. You put on the Mask of Time. And on another note, the only Toa who's been active is Kartos. And we both know he wouldn't get the Villagers involved after what happened to Vortion and Telray." The Raider halted for a moment. Thinking it over. "But that doesn't stop the Hunters' putting Villagers in harms way, does it? Hang on! I thought one of the other legends about elemental creatures was that you had to be worthy, or is there something else you want to tell me?"
Deck: The little Nami began to nuzzle Linc's hand, making some slight hisses as it did. Kartos just smiled, though a hint sadness was still on his face from her refusal.
"I believe she wants you to."
Brig:
"Ok. Well, for starters, most of the other Hunters call me crazy."
Capt. Quarters: Laito gave the fellow Raider a shocked look.

"I have seen that the hunters can force unity. If the hunters get their hands on the elemental creatures, they will use them only for their own selfish interests. Any currently active toa will band together with any willing warrior they can find--be it villagers, or future toa--to take the creatures back. Even if the toa mean well, the hunters are well matched to them, and conflict will engulf the island. And if this happens, others will have to step in to control the chaos. We will have to. The last time I involved raiders in something like this, lives among my people and among my friends were lost. We have the power to prevent bloodshed, and so it is our responsibility to do so."
He paused. "We are sailing to the ancient Labyrinth of Control. You and I will lead the hunters into the endless maze, and when the walls come alive, we will leave them there to meet their deaths. The hunters cannot have the elemental creatures. No one can."

Brig:

Deck: Lync shrugs. "Well, your name's 'Blue' then, got it?"
OOC: Should I start controlling Blue now?
IC: Brig Ticeli leans back and gives Kogaru an "I told you so" look.
Kogaru tries to hide his surprise. "And, uh, why might that be?"
