Bodayik steps forward and swings his battleaxe with strength and accuracy to knock Avok's blade from his hand.
The matoran steps to the side, allowing the axe to swing without striking and Avok's blade to maneuver to an opening in Bodayik's armor. This is a one tempo move.

Bodayik makes a full revolution, taking the blade on one of his back's armor plates and hooking the hollow of his axe around the back of Avok's neck.

I have no idea what a one tempo move is.
OOC: Say, "One." There you go.
IC: The blade comes behind Avok's back, catching the hook of the axe. He uses the angle and a swift kick to Bodayik's elbow to pull the axe out of the toa's hand(s).

Avok knocks the weapon out of his hand. While Avok is thrown off by the weight of his axe, Bodayik leaps forward and punches him in the wrist in an attempt to make him drop his own weapon.

Mid-contact, the blade is tossed right over Bodayik's arm and into Avok's other waiting hand, which swivels the blade into the toa's armpit.

OOC: NO! ANYTHING BUT THE ARMPIT!!!
Bodayik clamps his arm down in a vain attempt to slow the vile film of metal's advance toward his armpit! He tosses his axe back to his free hand via a vine.

Avok quickly pulls his sword out. "I take it you don't know how sharp my blade can be. What you just did could have killed you." He sheaths the blade. "And you barely used your element until the end. I did like you technique, however."

"It could've? I thought I was trapping your blade and ensuring you could not cut my torso. Evidently I lack practice."

"Maybe, but you were able to master your own weapons momentum... that is not a skill easily grasped. This battle has shown me your character, and you still have a long way to go before you purge the inner shadow. You are like a biomoth flittering in the night, seeking the illumination of a lightstone just as I had been those many years ago. If the Ignika were still alive, this would be quick and painless, but since he is not, you will have to continue to consciously suffer in chosing light in every decision."

"Wonderful. Alllright then."
Avok plucks a pole from the ground. "I know you didn't come out here to learn from a matoran, where were you headed before the storm hit?"
