Toa Botanara walks up to an Agori with Blue and Silver armor, as she taps the Agori's shoulder. "Do you think Agori get a fair vote in the diplomatic matters and general affairs of the world?"
"No." The Agori says.
"See? This is what I was talking about! The Toa and Matoran proclaim Unity but the natives are basically treated as second-class citizens! Wouldn't you agree?"
"Yes. I mean, none of the city is Agori named.."
"PRECISELY MY POINT! Why are the Agori and Glatorian not treated the same as the Toa and Matoran?!" Botanara unknowingly begins amassing a crowd with her rant.
"You know..she's right..Unity isn't just for us.." One Ta-Matoran murmurs.
"She's right! I'm out of a job because of them!" A Glatorian hisses.
"Botanara! Botanara! Botanara!" The Blue and Silver Agori, Kython begins shouting, gaining support from others, as they all begin chanting her name.

Dontru stands atop a truck in the marketplace. It is painted with his campaign logo.
"I'm sure you've all heard it on the news. For those of you who haven't, there was a Makuta base here, on our land. A recruitment base, so anyone could join the Brotherhood of Makuta. Nothing's left of it.
Most people probably see a tragedy. You know what I see? I see that it's ridiculous we even allowed the Brotherhood to be here in the first place! No wonder it got bombed -- they've been at war with us for millennia! Choose your sides carefully, Atero."
The truck drives away with him standing on it, posing.

Karshk, who is here shopping for one thing or another, rolls his eyes and sighs.
Three rahkshi (plant control, laser vision, and shattering) storm through the market, destroying all the vendor's stations.
FZZZZZZZG! KRAKOOM! uhh, PLANT!
The rahkshi of fragmentation (shattering) carves his own path through the vendors.
Lightvines sprout up nd begin smashing the marketplace.
The laser rahkshi flies up an spins while shooting devastating beams.
An RMS truck swerves into the marketplace, narrowly missing a stall. Troops fire through the canvas back and disable the Rahkshi with well-placed shots.

Karshk looks up and points his axes. Stone springs into existence on the Rahks' feet, hopefully keeping them still for a moment. Karshk whirls his axes and combines them into his Rahkshi staff, sending out bursts of energy that fuse the Rahkshi armor together on the molecular level.

The plantlife rahkshi is taken down.
The other two manage to take cover behind a large stack of wooden beams.

The fragmentation rahkshi shatters the stone with ease while the Laser vision rahkshi blasts Karshk in the face at lightspeed (obviously) before he is able to use his axes.

In the split-second between aiming and shooting Karshk dodges, stone forming itself over the laserrahk's eyes. With the few seconds this buys him, Karshk shoots up into the air, combines his axes, and fires off a beam of energy that fuses the laserahk's armor's eyeholes closed.

There was no aiming time, laser rahkshi hit what they see the moment they see. But I will assume Karshk did this before the Rahkshi saw him instead.
The rahkshi gets help shattering the stone by his buddy in less time, and quickly 'sees' Karshk.

Again the instant it takes for the laserrahk to look up and locate Karshk gives him the time he needs to fire his beam. He again applies his psuedo-Rahkshi power, bisecting the laserrahk and Panrahk's staves.

Though bisected, they remain functional and Karshk get vaporized.
