"Violent uprising doesn't yield 'order and regulation' unless the other side concedes without any opposition. The only thing Talin is going to bring is civil war, and this is the worst time for it! There are forces on this planet that will take full advantage, I guarantee it."
The officer smirks. "We've already taken full advantage." He looks around the courtroom. "Gun them all down! All of them."
The agents lift their Iron Rifles and begin shooting at the occupants of the courtroom, prosecution and defense and jury all.
"Wha-... ?! What are you... ??"
A blue-tinted vapor starts to escape from within Pain's armor, seeping through the chinks and producing an audible hissing sound. "STOP!!"
He unleashes an explosion of crackling blue energy, filling the entire chamber with a powerful electromagnetic field that locks every occupant in place and (if they are able to be magnetized) even stops all projectiles mid-flight. Being in prolonged contact with this substance makes everyone feel as if they're being burned all over by a very potent chemical as it slowly corrodes their molecules.
Pain jumps down into the center court, the sizzling blue vapors pluming from his body.
Far above the courtroom, another battle was beginning to brew.
Berserker roared across the sky, barely taking notice of the insignificant building below. On his shoulder was slung the limp, controlled form of Deviox, his barrage of cursing and vile insults never-ceasing. By his massive side flew Manipulator, the two warriors not exchanging a single word as they journed back from Atero Nui.
Only too late did he notice the skakdi's form quickly rising towards them. By the time Berserker had given the small, green form his attention, he had no time to act before he was bombarded with silver spheres, each exploding on impact with his massive form. Caught off guard, he was knocked to the side, nearly dropping Deviox.
With a battle-cry, Eviice quickly reloaded and let loose another volley. However, this time, Berserker was prepared. Tossing Deviox to the side, allowing Manipulator to telekinetically hold him in the air, he charged Eviice. His armor density temporarily increasing exponentially, the midak shells bounced off him harmlessly. Moving much faster than one would expect from his bruting form, Eviice wasn't able to dodge to the side fast enough to dodge his meaty fist- nearly the size of the skakdi's entire chest, the blow sent him careening into the courthouse.
Though they were still thousands of meters in the air, the force of the blow sent him ripping through the walls in less than a second, slamming headfirst into the fray. As the dust cleared, Berserker's gigantic silhouette appeared outside of the decently-sized hole in the building, easily dwarfing all the beings inside.
Too big to fit through the hole, he smashed through the protodermis and plaster as he made his way inside, ignoring the carnage around him. Instead, his tunnel-vision was focused on Eviice's form, which was shakily rising from the rubble.
Shock and pain coursing through every fiber of his being, Eviice returned the gaze, not noticing the RMS's actions around him. Had he, there would've been karz to pay.
Balaam decides the chaos will not end soon and he walks through the spray of bullets out the door. "So much for my help, May as well begin pledging allegiance to the new regime."
The officer smirks. "We've already taken full advantage." He looks around the courtroom. "Gun them all down! All of them."

Failing to register this as an attack, the RMS can do nothing but activate a magnetic counter and run.
Unless the RMS's magnetic counter dispelled the electromagnetism for the entire room and not just for themselves, Balaam is barred from all movement just like the rest of the courtroom, and Eviice and Berserker also join the stasis-locked crowd. However, only magnetic metals can be held by the electromagnetism. If Eviice is not one of those metals, he should only feel the nasty burning sensation. Berserker is probably strong enough to resist the magnetic hold.
As the RMS officers flee, several massive bolts of blue lightning surge from the vapor cloud and pierce through the few RMS that make up the rear of the party. It has the same effect as being stabbed with an electrified spear.

"You're not getting away!!"
Eviice is locked in place, as his armor is more-or-less regular protosteel. Berserker's ZE aura, on the other hand, protects him from the effect.
Completely fine, yet annoyed at the attempted attack, Berserker turns his head towards the Pain, steam hissing from its nostrils. On its face was a subdued, yet clear warning directed at the Pain. Other than that, he made no moves towards the mysterious being, ignoring him and turning to the now petrified Eviice.
Slowly, it approached the skakdi, the cylinders on its back rising and falling rhythmically. With each motion, green energy surged through his body, building up to a massive barrage once it would reach him.

After the first RMS are hit, the others turn around and open fire on the Pain with RaR guns.

Not knowing that those are no normal projectiles, Pain doesn't bother to get out of the way. He is surprised when multiple sections of his armor become warped beyond control, and he quickly responds by launching those sections off of himself at bullet speed towards the officers. Immediately after doing so, he dives behind the cover of the nearest row of chairs while the Nova Vapor in the room works to soften and shred chunks of metal from the surrounding structure in order to replace the bits of armor lost.

Cold Steel, having returned after hundreds of years, at least to him, in another dimension, now watches, unaffected by the battle, as Pain battles the RMS.
How is this possible?... Pain has survived? Most interesting...

Ow. Ow. Apparently bullet-speed metals hurt. The RMS keep firing, shielded against metal chunks.

Pain forces down his screaming urges to pounce on the officers and burn them alive as slowly as possible. He's not one for violence... he's never even been in a gunfight. The RMS that he killed in his sinister outburst a few moments ago ate ravenously at his conscious.
Why stop now? They killed. Kill them. It's justice.
His rational self takes back control as quickly as possible.
No, no... this isn't good... that shouldn't have happened! Gaah... I can't even handle a momentary surprise without losing myself. Still, those people...
Ultimately, he reasons that the full picture is not yet clear to him. These court-crashers might very well turn out to have completely legitimate reasons to do harm to the city. Those who told him that Talin was the bad guy might very well have been lying. There were hundreds of unknown variables, and he hasn't even gotten the chance to form his own opinion on the info he's already gathered about this city. Not to mention he is unsure how many times he can slip into madness before it claims him entirely, and either himself or everyone else winds up dead. But still, he needs answers.
He dives out from behind his cover and fires a non-fatal electrical charge straight into the closest RMS officer, aiming to completely numb his entire body and send his muscles into an uncontrolled spasm in order to incapacitate him. It rapidly chains to the nearby officers as well.
Manipulator hung silently in the air, watching the battlefield intently while ignoring the continued curses originating from the enfeebled Glatorian beside him. While he himself never moved a muscle, a small blip on his vizor indicating his gaze zipped around frantically, focusing on each figure down below one by one and creating a profile of each. Each was placed into a database, alongside similar data gathered by the Time Dilator. He made a note to ignore the RMS, the Agori, and the Matoran- such pitiful creatures posed no threat or interest, and as such, had no place to be placed on the index. The other two mysterious foes, however...
First, he focused on the blue, armor-clad figure currently exchanging blows with the RMS. The Time Dilator's previous entries proved him to be a mystery- even when given thousands of years, he was unable to gather much information on him other than that he referred to himself as 'Solipsil.' However, upon observation, his arsenal of powers seemed intriguing, at the least. Further study would be required to create a full portfolio, but he would be placed on the watch-list.
Name: Solipsil Species: Unknown Power level: Unknown Threat level: Unknown. Present data indicates it is a possibility- the Time Dilator will make a point to keep a close eye on him in the future to learn more.
Next, he turned to the immobilized Skakdi. According to the Time Dilator, 'Eviice' had allied with both Deviox and Voidarix and was proven to be skilled in combat. Of course, his helplessness would surely be his demise, with Berserker looming over him. Probability of death: 84.5%.
Name: Eviice Species: Skakdi Power level: Unknown, but current data suggests average Threat level: Average- probably null in the next few moments.
Once his scan was complete, a soft humming emanated from him as the files were sent off back to ARES. Of course, in that moment of weakness, he failed to notice the small, blue portal ripping open spacetime behind his back. From within, a bladed claw shot out, impaling the robot through the chest.
As energy sparked around the gaping hole in his stomach, the Manipulator's body spasmed, arching backwards and trembling ever so slightly. Before it even knew what had happened, its consciousness faded, its systems sending off his black-box recording moments before his body shut down. Once his body calmed down, he slipped off the clawed fingers, his lifeless body plummeting towards the ground below.
The second his body shut down, the Manipulator's hold on Deviox vanished. As quickly as it appeared, the swirling, yellow energy vanished into thin air, sending Deviox plummeting to the ground as well. In his surprise, he let out a loud yelp.
Seconds later, the Manipulator crashed through the ceiling, landing right on top of the RMS. Luckily for them, his body was incredibly light, weighing little more than a couple Matoran. Raising his eyebrows, Berserker's gaze snapped to the corpse of his ex-partner, barely registering a response before turning back to Eviice.
Barely having any time to process what had just happened, he stared at the ground in shock for a couple seconds. Once his head had cleared- partially due to the wind whipping around him- he activated the thrusters in his boots.
Though not powerful enough to completely control his descent, the propulsion slowed his speed to a survivable level, allowing him to land safely on the pavement. Having no time to think about how the karz he had gotten out of that embarrassing situation, he noticed Eviice's predicament.
Nearing the speed of sound, he whipped his pistol out of its holster and fired a round into the fray, pounding into the back of Berserker's head. Barely making a dent, the giant snapped 180 degrees around, roaring at the Glatorian.
"I HAVE BEEN SLUNG OVER YOUR BACK FOR ALMOST TEN MINUTES!" Deviox screamed at him, racing towards him, "DO YOU HAVE ANY IDEA HOW HUMILIATING THAT WAS?! I WILL RIP OFF YOUR HIDE!!"

Due to extended exposure to the atomic, corrosive properties of Nova Vapor, Berserker's armor is considerably softer than it was before he entered the court. Eviice's is close to melting off his body, and now Deviox is trapped in the electromagnetism unless he has something to repel it like the RMS.

Pain opts for a less barbaric approach and consults his intellectual side. Every scrap of pitted metal that makes up his body tear apart from each other, making his form expand and segment into an entire assortment of small metallic shards, and also making him look like an exploded illustration of himself. As expected, this makes him considerably harder to hit.
While 98% of his available attention remains on the RMS, the other 2% is monitoring and taking note of the environment. He considers dissipating his corrosive electromagnetic field and releasing Eviice and the others, but decides not to. He is also initially confused as to why two more strangers just fell from the sky, but concludes that it is a trivial matter. The machine one, however, did not seem to survive the fall. While its body would be useful for adding mass to his own, another idea takes precedence.
The 98% divides into 5% and 93%, with the former focusing on drawing energy from the Nova Vapor in the room and invisibly forcing it into the body of the dead robot (Manipulator), and the other 93% focusing on each individual shot fired off by the RMS, allowing him to move pieces of himself out of the way. However, having not applied his hyper-intelligent mind like this in a very long time, in addition to the powerful strain of keeping his curse in check, his focus is not perfect and his physical movements are thousands of times slower than his thoughts. Many parts of his body become useless chunks of unusable material as the RMS gunfire strikes them, and even though this does not hurt him, it can very quickly become a dangerous situation if his vessel is loses too much mass.
Approximately half a second has elapsed since the beginning of this post.
The blue gaseous substance starts to plume from the Manipulator's robotic corpse, with various bolts of blue electricity surging up and down through it. An instant later, the body suddenly flips upright and launches into the air, landing on top of the RMS shield. Before the officers can readjust their aim, a great stake of blue lightning has already formed in its hands as it brings them down, piercing it straight into the very pinnacle of the energy shield. In other words, a massive explosion of force is condensed into the exact point of impact on the shield. Although the controlled metal body cannot move as fast as Pain is able to think, the energy itself actually can, allowing him to build and concentrate an enormous amount of energy in no time at all.
Either all of that force and energy punctures through the shield and releases, filling the interior of the shield with a completely fatal (for the likes of the RMS) explosion of concentrated Nova Lightning, or the shield somehow manages to hold its own against a strike that can rival and perhaps dwarf a two-fisted crushing blow from Karunax.

Vidovit watches with a frown as his hand shifts and alters, rapidly taking the form of a teleporter several orders of magnitude more efficient than Brotherhood teleporters.
Approximately three tenths of a second pass after the teleporter is completed. Then it energizes, moving Eviice, Deviox, Balaam, and the other innocents out of the cloud and onto the street. The instant the teleport is complete, Vidovit's hand shifts again, rapidly becoming a complicated device.
