Vatomak turns intangible, letting the water out of his lungs and stepping out of the lava. Â The Avsa has seemingly no effect on him, although his energy is still being drained. Â "There are two options. Â One, you all have a death wish, or two, you have no clue what you're dealing with. Â Which is it?"
The Magma Kaita moves the lava back around Vatomak.
The other responds, "There is a third option. We are servants of someone much more powerful then you, and would rather not invoke his wrath." More energy is drained...
Thirty rahkshi fly in and surround any of the exit points.
"You may either give up and die painlessly, or see to it that we have a little fun."
As the Manas is currently 300 small pieces, there are innumerable exit points. They would also note that Vatomak wears an olmak, so exit points are useless. "I beat Charix, the most ingenious and deadly makuta of them all. I beat Karunax, the indestructible titan of destruction, without my most powerful ability. You have none of their knowledge, brains, or power. I will swat you down like gnats!" Vatomak, still intangible drains the heat from the lava before causing both Katia to burst into shadow fire. They would both feel extreme pain, perhaps enough to break their concentration, despite the fire element in one Katia. He would also find that he is unable to shut it off with his element. Vatomak watches them burn as the Manas falls apart, sending the two Katia falling downwards towards the ground like black comets.

Great, now Vatomak is encased in solid rock. Meh, he is intangible!
The Shadowfire is extinguished immediately by water and ice.
They are both suspended by rock platforms, held in the sky by the magma Kaita.
Vatomak continues to be drained of energy. "You are a mistaken fool."

"You lack the ability to harm me in any way, and yet here you stand, attempting to empty the ocean with a teacup. It seems to me that you are the fools." Suddenly, and without any warning at all, Vatomak teleports. The two Katia would find intangible metal poles protruding from their shoulders, which, as soon as they appear, turn tangible again. This pain would be like nothing they had ever experienced, even compared to the shadowfire, as they were suddenly fused to these pieces of metal in the most painful way possible. Vatomak hurls them downwards by the pieces of metal in their shoulders, increasing the pain exponentially. "Run back to your master and tell him you failed. Maybe he'll go easy on you, considering you'd have lasted longer against a hoard of Manas crabs

They both suddenly lose their armor and metal components in favor of crystalline protodermis, which shatters the former. In the Process, they lose the poles.
More and more energy is drained while rahkshi of quick-healing help ANY of the possible injuries that happened to the Kaita.
All the air from around Vatomak is removed, even if he teleports the vacuum grows just as he appears, giving him no chance of breath. Even an intangible being needs air.

OOC: I'm confused as to how they aren't instantly separated. Something is literally existing where the katia are supposed to, and that should be by far enough pain to make them loose concentration completely.

OOC: Sure, very pain. Much ouch. But these toa recognize the necessity for action, and were actually able to act due to the severe mental training and exploration done in the Lucid caverns.
Oh, but if you do manage to kill them, go through with it. Skotadi has no more use for them, so this is kinda a deadweight account.
OOC: I kinda don't think so, Seeing as how they had no warning and while they had mental training, I doubt anything they did would have prepared them for this.
Also, just because your main character has no use for these doesn't mean you have to kill them off or just leave them hanging. I can think of several ways it could turn out.

OOC: Though unexpected, it's a simple form of pain (what I mean by that is it was just metal poles suddenly teleported inside of them, as opposed to literally everything being crushed and shredded). They did fall for a moment, but we're able to recover enough for one of them to use their powers, which by the way, was a kaita made from two toa who use pain to fuel their anger and thus power, and one who doesn't feel at all.
I understand, but IC this would be a likely point for their smashings. Whatever happens happens.

IC: A portal opens beneath the ground, hidden from the view of the Katia, and Vatomak seems completely unaffected. Again, the two katia burst into shadowfire, but this time Vatomak exerts his will over the black flames, keeping them alive despite the efforts of the katia to extinguish them.

Chains from the Le-Ga-Ko Kaita woosh through Vatomak with Felnas energies.
More and more water is used to extinguish the shadowflame.

Rahkshi attempt to re-densify Vatomak.
The chains do nothing, the water does very little, and the rahkshi are completely ineffective. Then all the rahkshi spontaneously combust. Vatomak increases the intensity of the flames.

They combine all of their powers to surround Vatomak.
(if seals were finally outlawed while I was gone, then think of it as a literal cage of each individual element)

OOC: I have about as much idea as you do.
IC: Vatomak looks at the cage around him, and, purely to remove that final scrap of hope in the katias' minds, hovers through it, completely unaffected. He watches as the katia bodies burn up, then as they fall unconscious, separate and begin to fall down to the ground. Vatomak turns the shadowfire off, then proceeds to attack the second Manas in much the same way as the first.
