At this building, recruiters attempt to impress beings into joining the Brotherhood of Makuta -- now a force for peace and maintaining ecological stability and diversity. Branches are available in all fields of science, with an emphasis on botany and zoology, of course. Also available but less talked about is the infamous Rogue Makuta Strikeforce -- no longer referred to by that name but simply by "RMS." It seems like some history wants to be forgotten.

OOC: This, I am sure, will be a very contentious issue for the Assembly.

OOC: Between Dontru, Bersan, Xia, and the Brotherhood, I expect the Assembly to have very busy days.
A Brotherhood truck drives up to the recruitment center. Six agents get out and walk into the building.
"Meeting of station personnel," says one agent to the RMS officer working the desk. "Gather everyone into the back." The officer nods and leaves to round up his coworkers, followed by the agent. The other five agents begin planting devices under the tables, shelves, desks, and chairs.
The staff of the recruitment center are shortly congregated in a back conference room. "Command has called a station personnel meeting at this location," begins the commander. "Officer?" He gestures to the agent who organized the meeting.
"Yes, sir. It has come to the attention of command that you are not receiving traffic. As such, this location is to be closed, and your forces redeployed."
The staff look at each other. "Redeployed... where?"
The agent grins as his five associated enter, Nui Blasters raised, and fire indiscriminately until the room is completely destroyed. "Heh... didn't you guess? Wherever you believe you go when you die." The agent turns around and exits without ceremony, followed by his squad. They get back in the truck and leave for their base.
The center is consumed by a fiery explosion, destroying all the evidence.
"Not again," Luatu groans. The six land on an out cropping and begin assessing the situation.
OOC: What does the area look like?
OOC: Well, the entire area that this topic covers is covered in EP. The building still looks kind of like a building, but different.
Terhetti lands the group on the structure. I assume it is now the material found in the Bone Hunter camp. Marnd and Terhetti reach into the ground, attempting to find some material they can control.

Interestingly, the EP in the area starts to clear out of the portions finished transformation, giving them a way to climb down. So far, there is still nothing they can control.

Korxann steps forward. "Hello, energized-protodermis. You seem quite busy."

EP suddenly becomes silent and the substance in the area stops moving. It doesn't speak anymore.
Korxann starts. "Well, that was unexpected." Luatu drops down behind him.
"I've surveyed the area. It appears to have completely froze."
"Or it simply finished whatever transformation it sought."
"What do you mean?"
Korxann whistles for the others. When they're gathered, he resumes speaking.
"What do we know so far? We know that energized-protodermis has broken out across the planet. It appears to be highly coordinated and the transformed substance it leaves behind is unlike anything we've seen before. Terhetti and Marnd's powers have no effect over it. I doubt that consequence was unintentional."
Arxtann speaks. "It seems to be trying to build something that no Toa we know of can manipulate."
"Presicely," replies Korxann, "and what would it need with a substance like that?"
"None of us know," says Natru. "For all we know, it could extend deep into the planet and-- Mata Nui help us."
"Indeed. It is very likely the planet of Spherus Magna has been transformed on a much grander scale."
How can we confirm this?" Marnd says. "And what would we do to reverse it?"
"There just may be no way to reverse it. But we will have to try, for the sake of the many. Despite the entities' existence in this planet for eons, it still hasn't learned to share this planet. It still views us not as its progeny, but as mere insects, to be killed for amusement. I suppose our abuse of its power is no argument for us, yet that does not excuse the entities' actions."
"But in order to stop it," Arxtann began, "we'd have to reach the planet's core itself. And even then we would have no way to neutralize it. Obviously, we cannot talk to it, for it does not consider us worth the time."
Natru speaks. "But what affect would its destruction have on Spherus Magna?"
Korxann shakes his head slowly. "We don't know. We just don't know."
Luatu speaks. "Perhaps the others in Atero Nui can help. Surely there are more Toa or Glatorian who could lend a hand in our mission?"
Terhetti speaks. "At this point, I'd accept a Makuta's help. No doubt, they already have a plan."
