Eight Recon matoran and a Toa of Air teleport over. "Welcome to the Temple of Mata-Nui, or what's left of it."
"Looks different from how I remember..." Lekar looks around. "...Now would you mind telling me what's going on?"
The Ta-matoran twists his kanohi left, then right.
The Ga-matoran replies, "We are turning you in. Answer your own questions for yourself."
Before there is even time to react, some sort of power-draining handcuffs quickly pull Lekar's wrists together. There was something off about them though, they seemed cracked, and it was like it's Avsa was somehow broken.

"You..?" Lekar catches on. "... I see."
"You will be taken to Ko-gulag 1 immediately, but the Red Army needs to provide us backup. We will be taking the more popular streets."
Magnok marches in and begins to set up multiple devices around the statue of Mata-Nui.
He reflects on the symbolism while applying multiple shrunken Hau and regeneration kanoka to six Pulse Bolt Generators. The results are six Pulse Field Generators, devices which create hau fields that become stronger with the distance traveled.
Those generators are linked to a powerlance, which amplifies their sheer power in exchange for its consistent charge. Six chargers are aimed at the Pulse Field Generators. When necessary, six matoran may use these to re-charge the Shield, or replace the regeneration disks. A memory stone will provide the information on how to "perform the ritual."
The system is brought online. Atero-Nui is now safe from teleportation attacks, external attacks, and most forms of invasion. When damaged, its constant spin will eventually repair itself. There is a flaw, however. Small weak points in the field appear from time to time, allowing for small groups of beings stronger then a matoran to pass through with minimal harm. Even in knowing this, Magnok leaves.
Three DF members and ten Nektann arrive at Kakama velocities, where they quickly set up a foot-thick Protosteel barrier.
The third DF operative, a Biomechanics-user, quickly rewires the generator to allow Xian transport in and out of the city.
The screens turn on and Fixer's face appears, "Hello, you should recognize me as one of the veterans of the original attack on our city. I'm here to ask a question. Why? Why do we trust the Brotherhood? What the karz have they done for us in the past thousand so years? I'll tell you, they have murdered our kin, burned our villages in their crusades, and as we speak are attacking the homes of matoran across the globe. We need to cut out the disease that we have allowed to fester in this city. Take up arms. Fight! We have allowed ourselves to be consumed by petty disagreements. Talinist or not it doesn't matter, we must unite against the menace that has taken root in our city! We have forgotten our virtues. We have shunned our Duty, shattered our Unity, and ignored our Destiny. We must fight now or forever remain trampled by those bigger than us."
