The Temple of the Great Spirit is circular in shape, supported by columns and covered in ornate detailing. Inside lies a shattered golden statue of Mata Nui; the head formerly held the Mask of Life but does so no longer.

Energized Protodermis bursts through the floor and starts leaking into the temple.
Tredixs flies down into the entrance of the temple. Come on, I know you're around here somewhere. I can feel you.... There you are! He sees the silver liquid spewing out of the ground and starts his work, lowering the temperature of the area, quickly freezing and encasing this interior area of the temple with ice. The EP shrivels back as some of it becomes frozen and unresponsive. It forms into a half humanoid being.
"This solution is only temporary. You know that. It will melt eventually and I will reclaim that which was taken. Just accept your fate. Your Destiny is over, it's time for your destruction."
"Not yet freak."
The EP shrieks as it goes back down into the hole, avoiding the large blast of Ice from Tredixs. After sealing up the hole, Tredixs takes a break and leans against a wall.
Kapronan arrives at the Temple. He walks up the steps and past the columns into the inner room to gaze upon the broken statue of Mata Nui, not noticing Tredixs. The bearer of the Golden Armour lifts and extends his Hyper Lance, pointing it towards the various pieces; the statue reassembles itself, returning to its previous form.
Kapronan now moves to a kneeling position, staring at the ground. "You know that I'm here," he whispers to himself. "You cry out in horror and pain in my mind even now. And while I know how to help you, I have no idea how I can accomplish it. I just hope that I can figure it out, because I have no idea what the Ignika's destruction is doing to this world."

Tredixs, seeing Kapronan come in, retracts the ice and cold away from him, surprised that even in doing that that the Toa wasn't bother by the extreme cold in the room. Even a Toa of Ice would be shivering at these low of temperatures. Curious, he decides to approach the Toa.
"......Hey, you're Kapronan right? Thanks for helping keeping our old Universe safe while I couldn't. Death was annoying temporary setback."

Kapronan looks up, startled. He was apparently so lost in thought that he hadn't even noticed the ice. Of course, having the Kraata power of Ice Resistance would have helped.
"Th-thank you," he answers, standing. "I had a lot of help and a certain powerful mask."

"....what seems to be troubling you?"
"A great deal of things." Kapronan sighs. "You know about the Kanohi Ignika's shattering, yes?"

"No, I haven't heard about that. I've been busy trying to keep this planet from shattering again, so I haven't caught up on all that's happened since my death."
Akika shambles in, eyes locked on the floor. When she reaches the statue, her soft whimper becomes a bitter wail. "How long...? How long until you return, Mata-Nui? Ignika, come back to us... I cannot live in a world without you."

Kapronan breaks off his conversation with Tredixs to turn to look at the Matoran when he first hears her voice. As he listens he gradually turns away, displaying a very clear expression of shame.

Kapronan breaks off his conversation with Tredixs to turn to look at the Matoran when he first hears her voice. As he listens he gradually turns away, displaying a very clear expression of shame.
She falls to the floor in front of the statue, hands clutching the flat stone. "...come back... please..." Akika's photoreceptors note the kanohi Rode stuck in the stone. "...?"
'I, Deloth, pledge to serve Mata-Nui and the Ignika alongside Kapronan to the day I die.'
She rises to her feet, wiping the tears (lense cleaning fluid?) from under her kanohi, then realizes she isn't alone. "Oh! Um, sorry. I was just-" She see's Kapronan. "...can I ask- I mean, may I ask you something, Kapronan?"

The Toa turns, head hung. "Certainly," he replies in what is almost a whisper.

"Will he ever come back? I mean Mata-Nui and the mask... I kinda looked up to the three of you, and the other Hauden..."

She drops her gaze. "...well, I guess I'm just clinging to a false hope. The shattered mask should have killed us all, but it didnt, so... I thought he was still alive. I shouldn't have bothered you, it was foolishness to assume in the first place, right? Oh, sorry."

Kapronan's eyes suddenly seem to ignite with emotion. He places his hand on the Matoran's shoulder and turns his head towards her, locking his vision with hers. "No, it is possible - of that I am sure. The task of achieving the goal is a difficult one, but -" he hesitates, looking slightly to the side, then nods firmly and looks back - "I swear by the Great Spirit's name that I will do so. That begins now."
The Elementless Toa activates his Mind Reading powers. His plan is to assimilate information from those around him as to the possible location of those who are hosting part of the Ignika and Mata Nui's shattered minds. What he finds, however, is far less expected and yet both entirely familiar and predictable...

'Wow, wait, that's wierd... is he- is he reading my mind? Oh rahi-dung! No one's ever read my- BRAKAS MONKEYS! BRAKAS MONKEYS! BRAKAS MON- Oh, this is Kapronan! Get yourself together Akika! He's your favorite toa-hero- oops. Um, hi, Kapronan. I... eh, I kinda look up to you.' Her photoreceptors widen as she picks up a fragment of the toa's emotions. '...you feel guilty? No, no Kapronan. I know you well enough to know you did everything Mata-Nui would have wanted. I heard the makuta tricked you into letting him get close. Mata-Nui would have done the same, he would give anyone a second chance if they took it.'
OOC: I'm not sure if I'm supposed to do something... I didn't get that last part. 😓😋

Fortunately for Akika, Kapronan's attention is entirely focussed elsewhere. He has sensed beneath him a powerful and primal mental maelstrom, not unlike the one that exists in his own mind - but, oddly enough, this is attached to a small, utterly serene mental presence. Acting on his suspicions, the bearer of the Golden Armour carefully extends his Insect Control downwards and persuades the presence to move towards the surface.

Tredixs is surprised that Kapronan would just suddenly stop the conversation like that and how the Matoran isn't shivering. Something seems off........He suddenly rushes out of the temple, flying.
Espilon....................Hundreds.......About time for enemies I can destroy.
