"Tell us where you want it, we have the supplies and men to see it built within the week. ...or do you propose we strike an existing one?"
"I need a facility in the center of this wahi, close enough to the city that I can ferry workers there, but far enough away as to not seem linked. I have an Iron Mine not far from the city hidden at the foothills of the mountains. If you build it equidistant from the mine and the city it should provide us with the least costs. And I need a weekly shipment of Felnas, Hau, and Huna disks along with assorted others. Snap to it!"
Gahlox turns away from the transmitter and gestures for the RRMS to deactivate the holo.

"Not sure if this is a good sign. Well, we'll know in a week!"
Kolokvar arrives and rallies the citizens of Foros.
"I know your homes have suffered from the bombardment of the Manas, but I have saved you from them, and now I require your aid in fighting their masters! Go to the Sandstorms! Go to the Landcrushers! Go to the Treemechs! Go to war!"

"I know your homes have suffered from the bombardment of the Manas, but I have saved you from them, and now I require your aid in fighting their masters! Go to the Sandstorms! Go to the Landcrushers! Go to the Treemechs! Go to war!"
Kolokvar scrambles 200 sandstorm interceptors, 250 Landcrushers tanks, and 75 Treemechs. The Armata is rolled out of Kolokvar's Hanger, and Kolokvar loads up a small infantry squadron. The force rolls out. If Teron shows up he is welcome to join. Karzov remains behind to man the defence of the city
The FSS stands at attention before Kolokvar. They are made up of Highly trained Glatorian, Vorox, Agori and Zesk all wearing armour branded with Kolokvar's symbol. Neither Karzov nor Teron are invited to be part of the FSS, though they still are in charge of the general Forosian Military and Government.
Kolokvar dispatches his soldiers along with a group of Villagers to set up a colony in the Region of Po-Onu-Ov-Ba Wahi that is surrounded on 3 sides by LBG wahi
Kolokvar shows him into a large council chamber, within which he takes a throne. The Skrall warlords are given seats. Teron and Karzov are present in the chamber as well.
The drivers of ORshek's tanks eyes widen as they see the Citadel quite a bit closer then they thought. They slam teh brakes, slowing down gradually and eventually leaving a dent in a wall. Orshek smacks the driver and steps out, along with a dupe of his 2iC.

Kolokvar acknowledges their arrival with not a small amount of cynicism.
"Well now that we are ALL here..."
The Skakdi are shown to their seats.
"I would like to tell you all why I have called this meeting. Since the reformation of Spherus Magna, the great powers like Destral, Daxia and Aluxa have made it impossible for greatness to be attained by the smaller nations such as ourselves. But i say to that, 'NO MORE!' We are great empires that have been brushed aside by those above us! But I propose an end to that. I propose that we band together in holy alliance! But more than that I propose consolidation of our empires under a single banner, and a single Confederacy! What say you?"
Silex immediately stands, indignant. "RELINQUISH MY POWER? For so long have I fought and negotiated to rebuild the Skrall, and you intend for it to be party to a single banner and lose its sovereignty? What is this?!"

"Relinquish power? I have said nothing of the sort. You will have domination over the Skrall, and have a great voice in this ruling council. Consider not as loss sovereignty, but an expansion of your empire. You will become this confederacy. A confederacy many times greater than your current empire."

"We are equal in this. Equal partners which share in the spoils. We will have votes in the council to make decisions."

"Then I would like to add one final clause, and only one, before I agree: I maintain the right to leave at any time."
Kolokvar lets out a short sigh of a laugh.
"We could, but what would the point of consolidation be if we could leave at any time? That would be simply an alliance. I am proposing something much greater. I encourage you to rethink your last statement."

Silex figures that he can unofficially pull out at any time anyway.
