He is bathed in light and a voice speaks from within it. "Creature of the Great Beings, why do you seek the technology of your creators? I shall judge your worthiness."
Tredixs isn't alarmed by the light, being used to extreme brightness right in his eyes. Instead, he tries to see through the brightness to get a better look. What does get him though is the voice and telling of judgement. Has he not proven himself after all this time? Perhaps not, he had failed twice and now on the verge of a third failure. Power of the Universe, Proven Champion of Justice, but worthiness is another story.
"As I had vowed so long ago, I seek justice. Justice of the horrific wrongs done to so many of Mata Nui's and the Great Beings' creations, my people. Justice I cannot delivery by my hand alone as I face overwhelming odds and power. To finally succeed in my vow, I know what I must build and what I require is possibly here."
The Iron Soldier stands up against the wall waiting for Tredixs to notice him again.

The light fades and the figure is now visible, hovering just above Tredixs' height. "Do not fear failure, Toa Tredixs. Your creators are unworthy of your dedication, but you still dedicate yourself to the protection of their creation. I am Artidax, and I the destruction of all Dominus has wrought has been commended to me. Take what you will from this edifice, first of the Toa."

Tredixs gives the figure a hard look, but since he isn't going to fight, might as well leave him alone and ask a question.
"Do you know if this place holds the most important components for a giant robot?"

"Do you know if this place holds the most important components for a giant robot?"
"It holds only the components required to build the needed supercomputer to run the brain."
"Yes, but they would be harder to extract from this edifice."
Logos now enters the room. "But they will be simple to use."
Tredixs is a bit surprised by Logos's sudden entrance, but just nods to the Great Being. He points at the nearest wall and a thin layer of ice forms a blue print of his design of the robot. Similar to the GSR, but with several differences in the internal design. Smaller spheres, Kiril energy producers, more automated repair systems, drones more similar to the Bohrok-Va for repairs that aren't important for Kiril healing, an improved power system and distribution involving Tredixs as the power source, tech borrowed from Midak Skyblasters to at least power the robot on emergency power. The brain itself is merely to run internal systems, drones, and some of the targeting, while Tredixs is really the one in control. One of the other major changes is the ability for this robot to channel elemental powers as well as Iron powers and Hau-magnetic force field shielding along with its typical lasers, gravity manipulation, and other powers.
Perhaps the biggest change are the stars, with three Red Star like creations that can attach along the center lower, mid, and upper portions of its back to provide extra thrust or detach and become decently sized war ships. Having similar Kiril healing, weaponized lightning and Spirit Stars, as well as powerful teleportation to send either the drones onto enemy vessels or bombs. Along with these Red Stars are six smaller versions of the Red Star, three placed on each side of the robot's back. They're swifter, can teleport themselves, and only possess weaponized Spirit Stars. And finally along with those are a thousand militarized Toa Canisters, with sustained flight and randomly assorted elemental energies with Hagah Plasma Canon level of power.
"My main problem is dealing with teleporting bombs. I've come across technology that prevents it, but sadly didn't have much time to pay attention to how they were made."

Logos examines the blue print intently. "This is a far departure from our initial model. Teleportation scramblers are difficult in concept but simple to produce. From my observations, Xia has the technology necessary, but has not utilized it as such."

"You didn't design the GSR with a fight in mind, so I took some liberties. Looks like I'll have to go to Xia for some components."
Tredixs though does start using his powers to bring him the components already here for the robot to himself.

The Iron Soldier twists his head that word again...
"Trust me, I know that lesson well." Tredixs suddenly pauses unnaturally and looks off in the distance. His eyes filled with bewilderment before his right hand crushes into a tight fist. "No, it can't be....But it is.....You there," he says pointing to the Iron Solider. "I need you to go somewhere known as the Mysterious Tower. There's...something I need there, but I'm not allowed back to that place. You'll need someone to take you..."
Tredixs' hand relaxes and he stretches out his fingers. Metal comes and starts forming a body as his mask starts to glow with power. Soon the twisted pieces of scrap become smooth bone coated in organic protodermis and then armor. To those present, it appears to be some old Toa, but not of any element that they would recognize. The Toa's eyes burst open as breathe enters his lungs and gravity makes his floating body collapse to the ground. He quickly feels around his throat and then his mask with his claw hands before looking up. When he sees Tredixs, fire almost literally comes out of the Toa's face as the rage built up in him.
"You!" He screams. "You took my power! Turned me back into this weak form!......You killed me!"
He teleports behind Tredixs and stabs the ancient Toa through the back with his claws only to be blasted into the wall from the sheer amount of energy in Tredixs' body. Tredixs slowly turns around to the dazed Toa and stretches out his hand. Small bits of electricity flow around his hand as he makes the other Toa convulse. The Toa screams and claws at his head as if trying to deal with a painful migraine.
"I hate you! I will kill you!"
"Just be glad I thought you were worth saving demon. If it were up to the Kestora, you would still be up there tortured in your resurrection. Now you're going to do something for me, not that you have a choice. I am taking control of your mind after all."
Aspect growls, gritting his teeth from the pain. It was no use, his Chaos powers weren't working. Tredixs must have taken control of that already. "Fine! What it is?!"
"You never finished your trials. You're going back to the Mysterious Tower."
"You're serious? I barely made it out alive! I'm not going back there! Argh!!!" Aspect clutches his head harder.
"You're going back and you're taking this guy with you." Tredixs points to the Iron Soldier. "Got it demon?" He says, stepping forwards and staring Aspect quite close in the face.

The Iron Soldier smiles and flips out his rifle ax completely prepared for his assignment.

Tredixs sends the two up out of the hole the entered. Once out, Aspect creates a portal to the Mysterious Tower's entrance and shoves the Iron Soldier through the portal. He tries to close his own portal to escaping having to go himself, but then he is dragged in! The portal closes with him gone.
