Standing where the Citadel of the Mangai once was, Talin begins constructing his own citadel, a place where Freedom and quality is valued as highly as the Three Virtues.

"So you're a toa?" Marama steps into the circle with the Komau and symbol for Duty. "I'm not judging, Talin. I like the floor, what's it mean?"

"This is the place where the people are truly represented. A place where Kindness, equality and freedom and just as important as Unity, duty and Destiny."
"ENOUGH!" three figures arrive in the soon-to-be citadel, facing the Toa and many Matoran. At its head is a skakdi, wearing some kind of metal suit, "You fools! Do you not see what you're doing! Your childish gripes against the Toa will lead to this city's destruction! I demand you retire this insane revolution! It's still not too late!"

The Toa Magnum walk over here in time to hear the speech.

Talin steps up before the Newcomers.
"Atero Nui has been in decline since it's inception. We will not bring death, but a revitalized life to this broken society! People like you are what's wrong with this city! Backwards-thinkers, dreamers, the highest classes! It is on our backs that your society was built! We are its foundation, its heart! But we are unsatisfied with being tread over by the imbecile 'protectors'. No longer! We are taking our city, as it was always meant to be! Loyal matoran and agori from every Metru have banded together to do this. You can not stop us now without alienating more so the people you profess to care for! You are alone, and unsupported! You dwell on the past, and live in an idealized version of this world! I am the future! I have united the people, and have saved our broken city! I am disgusted to look upon any longer! Be gone with you all!"

"Every revolution in the world says that about themselves. They're all wrong," Eviice replies calmly, slowly approaching Talin, "Tell me, what will your 'perfect society' do when the Brotherhood comes? Will your swarm of little Matoran and Agori be able to stand up to Inharax as he tears the Metrus apart one by one? Will you profess your superiority right until they rip out your lightstone? Your claims of 'inequality' are not only small-minded and ignorant, they put the very people you claim to rule in peril."
The Skakdi's trademark grin spreads over Eviice's face, "And you're wrong about one other thing. I never professed to caring about any of you lot. You're all spoiled brats, whining that your mummy and daddy got you the wrong colored kohli stick. After what the Agori have survived for millennia on Bara Magna, how the Matoran were preyed upon in the Matoran Universe, you should be ashamed that you've been reduced to this. You've spent too much time in your domed city- you've all gone soft.
"I have served on the Order of Mata Nui for millennia. I have fought wars. You really think that, compared to what the real world holds, the ones protecting you from evil not being oh-so-perfect should earn my empathy? The world isn't fair. Deal with it. I will not have my city torn apart because of your idiocy. And, I have come here to persuade you to stop. Even if I have to use force to do it."

"This is the place where the people are truly represented. A place where Kindness, equality and freedom and just as important as Unity, duty and Destiny."
"Those first two are a part of Unity, but I'm not complaini-" Marama is interrupted by the Skakdi.
200 members of the Atero-Nui Guard surround the construction site, positioning themselves on rooftops, beind vahki transports, and inside buildings. They are armed with spears and kanoka launchers.
Twice the matoran's number in vahki also take cover in and around buildings, but some circle above.
"Talin, you are under arrest." A diplomat Ce-Metru vahki speaks with her voice amplified. "You have the right to remain silent. What you say can and WILL be used against you in a court of justice. You have the right to a court representative. If you cannot afford a court representative, one will be provided for you."
The Fe-Metru vahki who absolutely live to fight silently pray that Talin will refuse to surrender.

The scattered robots that arrived long ago gather silently. Who knows what side they will take.

Talin smiles and cracks his fingers.
"All Revolutions must have resistance. My arrest will simply spur on the Matoran who do the good work. You cannot have a city without citizens. And the citizens are on MY side!"

Talin smiles as he sees what is coming.
A multitude of thousands of matoran armed with weapons come pouring out of transports and down the streets of the city. In the air, the vahki recently produced from the Vahki plants fly as sentries, prepping their variety of weapons against the Guards.
The Vahki repeatedly chant in eerie robotic voices, "Let the ruling classes tremble at a communist revolution. The proletarians have nothing to lose but their chains. "

"And your heads," Deviox snarled.
"Deviox, we talked about this!"
"... do Vahki count?"
"I... guess... not?"
"Good," he laughed, raising his blasters towards the incoming army, "Take one more step and there's going to be a lot less of you!"

A Vortixx shoots through the crowd, dodging to and fro and performing wallruns to escape the army. Three Vortixx fly above the crowd on Rama transports, wearing Komau, Charisma, and Selutu.
SIyentid skids to a stop behind Deviox. "Erm, you two need some help?"

"It'd be nice. There are quite a lot of midgets out there."
"Make that the three of us," Voidarix adds, forming twin blades in his hands.

The Vahki swoop towards the trio firing a barrage of random less-than-savoury Kanoka and laser variants. They fly in perfect formation with rows opening up to new spearheads leading strafing runs on the guards and the trio. The chant echoes "Let the ruling classes tremble at a communist revolution. The proletarians have nothing to lose but their chains. " They use built in Haus to protect themselves.
The Matoran simultaneously swamp the enemy position, splitting up into crude columns and brigades, aiming their advanced weaponry at the guards primarily, and second at the trio of hostiles.
Talin himself charges forth sending a cyclone of flames spiraling towards Eviice.
