The rules state that nothing cannot be in the Prime RP without a basis in canon. This begs the question where do fanon species stand? There are a fair amount species in the Prime RP that are fanon. One could argue that the fact something would be a living species is enough of a basis in canon, given the vast amount of species in the BIONICLE universe. But yet, a lack of confirmation about more existing species could also be construed as supporting the idea that there are no additional species. So where exactly do fanon species stand? Do they break the canon rule or no?
If I remember correctly, fanon species are entirely fine(within reason), but armies of them are banned.
But that there would be a double standard. If single entities were permitted, then what could possible be a problem with an army so long as it wasn't OP?

We have never seen armies of Axonn's species. An entire army of a fanon species gives them relevance most canon species don't enjoy.

Well then this begs the question of what constitutes and army. What about two of Beings of a fanon species? Would that be allowed? Or what about five or six of the theoretical species? This creates an arbitrary line in the sand with no basis.

If you have six they're all likely to be named.
An army consists of well over a thousand individuals.

Do you want to name that manY?
Alright. What if is was twenty then? Or a hundred?

Up to admin interpretation.
Rule #0 of Gen 1: I am a dictator. What I say goes. I can take back whatever I said at any given time because I alone hold power over this site. I want everyone to enjoy themselves so long as it is not at the expense of others, but should the need arise for direct control over these forums I will do so in a heartbeat.
