A trio of village size metal boulders are connected in a triangular shape. These boulders float off the ground following the lightening storms. As a result this village never stays in one place long and is constantly in movement. Pillars constructed on the boulders create an electricity shield protecting its inhabitants from the storms outside.
Inside the domed shield lie floating houses connected by strings of electricity kept above the metallic ground by the amounts of electricity in the air. The pathways from boulder to boulder are small stepping stones held in place by currents of electricity. The houses are hollowed out metal spheres. A large building sits in the middle of village being used for meetings and the like.
The inhabitants have constructed a basic manufacturing plant using Kanoka to speed up the process. They have patented some basic weapons to defend themselves, most of which use the lightening of the village.
Several Guard toa of Lightning help fly matoran to this storm. "That's odd, my Elda led us right here... where are they?" They land on one of the hunks of metal.

More hunks of metal stretch out to very far directions.

"Hmm..." One of the matoran leaps from ore to ore. "I think this is their Koro."
The Vo-Toa nods. "That's gotta be it, I don't sense anything else for miles... well, except for those six anomalies across the planet." Ampere (that's her name) and the other matoran follow.

A mass amount of electricity seems to be surrounding a handful of the metal ores.

Ampere heads for one of the metal boulders with a life signature.

He stumbles through a lot of lightening and lands right into a hut.
Like most -if not all- toa of lightning, Ampere is a she. The name makes it difficult to tell tho...
The toa looked around for the source of life energy in the room, wings still cackling with energy from the storm outside. "Hello?" She called, a fiber of unease in her voice.

OOC: Eh, heh. Whoops.
IC: "Oi, who are you?"
A matoran pops out of the hut.
She relaxed as her concerns melted away. "Ampere, Toa Phantoka of Lightning. These are my squad mates, members of the Guard."
