Two War Vahki stop them at the edge of the city, or if Vahli is too fast, maneuver to be in the way with their own considerable speed. While these are toa, letting someone in at such a speed would be foolhardy practice. Their accelerated voices just might be perceptible to Vahli's ears. "What is your intent?"
