Eric sees the tower in the distance and travels towards it, occasionally having to shadowstep out of the way of a falling chunk of metal. He recalls hearing rumors of a tower of many challenges in this region, and wonders if this is it.

When he gets close, he finds the entrance to the odd tower. Should he attempt to enter, he suddenly finds himself having been teleported into a poorly lit bottom floor of some building. If he tries to his shadowstep to leave, he finds that he is just brought back to this room. The only way forward to is enter the next floor, with three different doors to choose from. Though all have "Battle Strategy" written on them.

Eric opens one door, and looks inside. Then, if he can, he would shut the door and do the same for the other doors.

Upon opening the door, he sees a surprising and familiar sight of a rebuilt Kal-Koro out in the snow. Clearly, this is not a door he wants to enter, but when he tries to shut the door and go for another one, an invisible force thrusts the Matoran inside and the door vanishes behind him.
Said invisible force could have been nicer about it, as now Eric has a mask full of snow. Bleh.

Eric takes his mask off to knock out the snow, and replaces it as soon as possible. He looks around, unsure of what to do. The traveler had said each room was a challenge, but it never seemed to be the same challenge.

Something is bugging his mind to go to the village. There doesn't appear to be anywhere else to go, despite how terrible of an idea that would seem.

Eric sighs, and walks towards the town, pulling out his war scythe.

When he makes it to the town, he finds it surprisingly abandoned. There is no evidence that a fight broke out or that they left, but given the frequent snow storms even if they did it would be impossible to tell.

Eric walks towards it, and pauses a couple of yards away from the shack, suspecting a trap of some kind.
Luckily, a hidden trap is not something he has to worry about. Unlikely, it's Turaga Hahtanna and a small mob of Matoran destroying his home, looking for him.

Eric watches from a couple yards away, not caring to say anything nor hide his presence.

One happens to notice him and, despite the ruckus of the group, gets the Turaga's attention.
"There are you Eric! You have spent too much time meandering! It's time to test you!"
