The sphere shrinks, but makes up for what’s lost rather easily. A couple of Toa of Magnetism show up, looking between the two.
He continues the assault, every now and then throwing in a blast of water.
With one eye, he glances over at the toa before turning back to the beast.
The water seems to work better than the cordak blaster, as there is more overall matter to absorb. The orb continue to stay at relatively the same size, not enough of the opposite substance being thrown in time. A toa of water shows up now.
He appears at one end in a strange spacious rectangular room, where dirt paths seperate the grass into an incomplete grid. Several matoran walk along these paths, trying to reach the door that stands at the far side. The things preventing entry are grey copies of themselves, which start at the near the door and move at the same distance the original moves, although not entirely mimicking their movements. Their purpose becomes clear as a matoran makes a wrong move and gets caught, and disappears as the copy fuses into the original.
A grey Aerocide clone intently stares at Aerocide, waiting for him to make a move.
Aerocide narrows his eyes, then takes a single step, keeping an eye on what the gray Aerocide does.
The gray Aerocide takes a step towards the normal Aerocide, the distance travelled by both exactly equal.

Eviice stops for a second, waiting for the orb to stabilize into one form or another, already forming pockets of water and small hau shards scattered all around it, ready to strike instantaneously
He walks into a decently sized room where a number of various beings move about quietly, watching the floor and listening. Footsteps could be heard, and the Toa, matoran, vortixx, skakdi, and other beings trapped in the room move away from them. One matoran misjudged the sound’s location, and the ground below him became a sludge. Several long clawed arms flew out of the ground, grabbing the screaming matoran and pulling him into the floor.

He takes a step to the right
The gray Aerocide moved towards the normal Aerocide on the path a distance equal to what he moved. It’s evident that the Gray Aerocide would move towards the normal Aerocide, even if it doesn’t match the direction of the normal Aerocide.

When it changes to white the water shrink it quite a bit, and upon inverting the hau shards seem to work too. It might take a bit, but this will eventually destroy the orb.

Stoically, he walks forward- his mirror doing the same- until he stands before his clone almost face to face. Then, he turns and flies backwards, turning in a j-shape towards the door. This ensures that his clone will start following him from the start of the maneuver, and given that he will then mimic the movements of Aerocide, the clone won't fully overtake his original once he straightens out towards the door.

First, he looked around to see if there was a door.

He continues on until the orb is destroyed.
The orb disappears, and a door appears in it’s place. The Toa shrug and walk off, the problem dealt with.

This works, assuming he doesn’t fly to high into the air. He ends up in front of the door with his clone just a couple of steps behind him.

There’s no visible door in the room. The footsteps can be heard getting closer.

His head snaps towards the sound. He waits until the last second, leaping into the air just before the ground turns into a sludge and the monstrous claws emerge. Leaping away from the beast, he unleashes a torrent of electricity into the hole and through whatever beast lay on the other side.
