Vahki, such a vast and constant presence that it's hard for many today to remember when such robots were a rare sight. There was such a time however, and so Vahki with unique and individual personalities came together and formed the Order of the Vahki. Organized into squads and with the Enforcement Council, Vahki rose to prominence. With even some of the simplest Vahki proving to be an equal threat to those that crushed thousands of their kind with ease. For a time, they were powerful, but that power came at a cost. Gaining the attention of the Brotherhood, the HQ was destroyed. The Order of the Vahki managed to live on for a time, but as general and generic Vahki became increasingly common, the OOV all but vanished from history. Named after "Drifter" the Keerakh due to his nature as founder, those few that know the history of the OOV are upset that it wasn't named after "Slicer" the Vorzahk who is the most famous and true leader of the Vahki.
Drifter's Enforcement is an exact replica of the old Order of the Vahki HQ, seemingly taken right out of history. Barracks, an information center, recharging station, vehicle bay, the Enforcement Council Room, and a Vahki factory just like yesteryear. Although a bit damaged and protected by a weaker magnetic shield, perhaps it is doomed to be destroyed again. It too is located in relation to the other historic locations as it was back in the Matoran Universe. Except for the oddity of it also being in the Battlefield.
