"Arrow"/SMCT-004 Species: Possible Matoran. Nature unknown Powers: "Arrow"'s main power is the ability to move at incredible speeds when not being observed. This ability was originally thought to be teleportation, but further analysis revealed that the destination had to be physically accessible. "Arrow" is uncomfortable with mention of this ability and prefers it not be discussed, due to Event [REDACTED] Maximum speed is unknown, but is significantly faster then a Kanohi Kakama and is theorized to exceed [REDACTED] Besides that, "Arrow" can induce a psionic effect on beings near him. This ability, which "Arrow" refers to as "blending in" causes him to appear essentially unremarkable. This effect does not work on those with mental shielding. Backstory: "Arrow" appeared on [REDACTED] during a [DATA EXPUNGED] scenario. He has been placed in an SMCT standard Humanoid Containment Unit.
Name: ‘Finesse’ Is: Vortixx Kanohi: Kakama, with a ruru-akaku-sensory aptitude kanoka scope on one eye and a eyeshield goggle on the other eye to protect it. Weaponry: Simple Teleport disk device in her mechanical parts, Battlesuit including: Energy Extraction rifle-based gauntlet, ‘Freedom’ gravity manipulator, toggleable Kaukau mouth filter, kanoka dart launchers in wrists, a regeneration disk built into the suit, and closable Lightstone lights. She also carries several Eccentric rocks, a Heatsone metal cutter, and a Biomechanics kanoka piece. Other: Matoran Airship equipped with Huna, rope ladder, Hau, and Kiril.
Personality: Botanara is cunning and resourceful. With a penchant for compassion, Botanara is the ideal Toa, or so it seems.

Personality: Bubbly, energetic and playful, Kratella is the opposite of what you'd expect from a Toa of Shadows. She's rather innocent and does not seem to understand sarcasm that well. When angered, such as people thinking she's evil, she's very, very mean and rude.

Personality: Somewhat cold and gruff at times, Fenoraknh is very knowledgeable about tech. He will often gush over machines or any form of semi-decent technology, treating it like it's sentient. He's sarcastic and more of a 'Shoot First Ask Later' kind of guy

Special Power: Able to turn into a unique form of lightning, unmanipulatable, and travel with it.
Weapons: Voitaria uses Electro Chute Blade technology within her knives, which are also tethered onto protosteel chains that also use the same tech. She also has Power Lance technology within her knives, and two miniature Power Lances stored on her back for use. Did I mention her Electro Chute Knives number in the 30s? Well, they do. For when things get brutal, she uses a Griffin Gauntlet.
Personality: Voitaria is cheery, optimistic and funny. She's also very violent in battle to the point of sadism and has a morbid sense of humor on the battlefield. She's patient and calm most of the time too.

Special Power: Enhanced Gunmanship
Weapons: A Cordak Launcher and a Hyper Machine Gun. The Hyper Machine Gun has a plethora of bullet effects. Some will explode/combust on contact, others will be dipped in acid, others with viruses, some in poison, others will disintegrate, some may even increase hostility or fear, while a unique type will, halfway through flight, shatter into thousands of tiny little shrapnel which will launch themselves. Each bullet, regardless of type, is razor sharp protosteel. The gun uses a dash of telekinesis/telepathy to follow the target, there's also Sanok disks forged in it. Each Bullet can also channel any Kanoka/Kanohi powers in it too.
Personality: Violent, sociopathic and obsessed with death. There's nothing else to him, he likes violence.

Special Power: Much like GLaDOS, upon death a "Blackbox" feature will activate, semi-preserving Cetalia and replaying her death. Over. And. Over. For all eternity unless a switch is pulled to reactivate her, said switch only appears upon death.
Weapons: Cetalia uses two whips, which can be electrified, poisoned or laced with acid. Also, FLAMING WHIPS.
Personality: Cold yet passionate, Cetalia is the perfect Ce-Toa. Or so she thinks. Completely vain and arrogant, Cetalia is not above lying to get her way and is very selfish. She's also very jealous of those with more mental ability, aka Cenisa. She's also got an extreme case of Thanatophobia.
Kanohi: Because of Cetalia's very potent mentality, all of her Kanohi are physical. She has a Hau, Kakama, Pakari, Calix and an Olmak for when things get bad

Weapons: Deytanira has speakers built into her shoulders, forearms, biceps, calf/shins, thighs and even her torso itself is a speaker. She has a microphone in her mouth. On her inner forearm on the left is a keyboard, on the right a guitar. Did we mention these all amplify her power?
Personality: Music-Freak. Deytanira is a music-freak. That's it. Also, take Pinkie Pie's passion for, well, anything, but apply it to music. Yeah.

Personality: Quiet and observing, Batoraxa is paranoid everyone is out to get her. This makes her extremely cautious

Special Power: Sukonarax has an ability called "Hyper Speed" which will force the mind to go into overdrive, allowing it to process things faster. When in Overdrive, Sukonarax can think of thousands of strategies and pick one, when in Hyper Speed, he leaves behind a blur as he runs. Overdrive lasts around 2 minutes, while Hyper Speed lasts around a minute, after he chooses a plan.
Weapons: A Sword and Shield, Sukonarax has very simple weapons
Personality: A master of strategy, Sukonarax is a war-hardened veteran. Always calm, even during a crisis, Sukonarax is effective. He's loyal to his comrades, but willing to betray his superiors if he doesn't like them.

Weapons: Avohterax uses a long Spear, with a razor sharp tip. His spear has the same ability as "Vanisher" except, like an Olmak, it can open Portals, but only throughout this dimension and the user must have already been there. It only responds to Avohterax.
Personality: Kind, patient and forgiving, Avohterax truly cares for everyone. He's very jubilant and excitable. When he's too excited he tends to act childish. Despite no longer being a pacifist, he still prefers to use violence as a last resort

Personality: Cold, Ruthless and somewhat Sociopathic. Konalia cannot feel emotion, period. She just can't. It's not in her ability to feel emotion. She takes pleasure, or the closest to it, in inflicting harm on others. Her literal only morality system is "Do I find you annoying?" and, if she finds you annoying..run. She's a passionate scientist. The only being who can make her lose her cool is Tahlenarix, whom she loathes.

His hands can transform into drills, his elbows end in drills, he's got drills on his shoulders, his kneecaps in drills, he can transform his feet into drills, he's got a cannister on his back that can secrete acid or turn into a gigantic drill, his head can turn into a drill. That's 12 drills in total. He's naturally good with those, or with a, and I quote, "Big Karzing Gauntlet" that can shatter stone like warm butter
Personality: Onurakna is stoic and an idiot. He means well but he's very immature and tends to get into trouble very often. He's very sassy and sarcastic.

Personality: Potran is immature. Excitable very easily, hyperactive to a max and childish, Potran cannot stay on one topic for long.

Special Power: Can spread invisible, microscopic toxic spores through air and, unlike others, he can also control his toxic slime/sludge with ease
Weapons: Levonirax has four massive gauntlets and in them, Power Lance Tech, this is due to his four armed nature. He has toxic slime that leaks out, all over his body, said slime can be focused into weapons of various sorts. He kind of is like a spider centaur, except with four arms and eight legs, and his thorax has a gigantic cannon in it. Said cannon fires the toxic spores mixed with sludge. The spores also are spread from pores across his body
Personality: Levonirax is not nice. He's rude, snide and more likely to punch you if you look at him twice. He's very morbid and sadistic. You know how they say most giants are Gentle Giants? Well, Levonirax is not a gentle giant. He's a cruel giant.

Special Power: Master at hand-to-hand combat, literally. She's practically unstoppable at it.
Weapons: Galitrexa, if absolutely needing a weapon, prefers gloves, these 'gloves' are part of her. In the wrist either a knife can come out, or bladed tonfa's. She can also produce a shield or japanese war fans. She prefers not to use them but who knows?
Personality: Excessively violent, Galitrexa is not evil. She does not take pleasure in killing innocents, but she does take pleasure in fighting. She'll even start fights for no reason. She's fiercely loyal to her allies and, well...her enemies wish they had been her friends. Had.

Special Power: Tahlenarix dies. Literally, he, when in a crisis, will drop dead and actually BE dead. It lasts around 10 minutes, but when it's up he's alive again. Now, if someone gave him a fatal injury while he was 'dead' then he'd probably die for not getting it treated, as soon as he's restored. It's undetectable while playing dead.
Weapon: Tahlenarix uses an Ion Sling, basically, instead of rocks or anything, Tahlenarix slings energy. This can have carrying effects, from splitting into multiple shots, exploding upon target, being very sharp all the way to healing someone. It's very diverse. He also will use an Energy Siphon Blade, or channel that power into energy balls. The sharp energy balls are more like shards.
Personality: Tahlenarix is hot-headed, impatient and rash. He's humble, but he still thinks he's better than Konalia. He hates Konalia more than anything else, and the feeling is mutual.
Kanohi: Sanok, Hau, Jutlin, Pehkui, Kualsi and a Mask of Slow, which slows the target down.

Weapon: Arachne's got gigantic missles in his thorax, and his legs are bladed Personality: Insecure, jealous and greedy, Arachne can be considered the incarnation of Sin. He's jealous, vain, selfish, quick to anger and believes he is the best thing ever. The only thing he fears is his 'beloved' consort, Crystalia, whom he also cares for. Sort of. "Spider" Species: Mutated Toa Kanohi: Ironically, a Rau has been fused to his face. It has stopped working. Powers: Shapeshifting: He can shapeshift between a completely Visorak and more Toa-like form, and in-between. The closest to Toa-like he can go is a spindly insectoid-like humanoid, in which he retains his stingers and sonic powers but little else He spends most of his time in-between, as a sort of centaur except with Boggerak instead of horse. He retains most of his abilities in this form Lastly, he can become almost totally a Boggerak, retaining everything but his stingers. The Makuta that mutated him gave him several abilities based off of Boggerak. He has Boggerak sonic powers Arm-stingers that dispense parylysis venom and most other Boggerak traits. Weapons: None Backstory: Evil scientist Makuta caught him and wanted to try something. He barely escaped and has been wandering the world. In the reboot universe, he has joined the Dark Hunters.
"Capture" Species: Skakdi Kanohi: A Kakama that he is diceplined enough to use. Powers: Power Immunity: ELemental manipulation has no effect on him. He's also a psionic blindspot. Amnesia eyebeams Skakdi-level Magnetism Weapons: Kanoka based sniper rifle, Kanoka machine pistol Other: An agent of the SMCT.
Name: ‘Dissolve’ Is: Skakdi Power: He can make objects of reasonable size/mass spin or stop spinning at impressive speed on whatever axis he chooses, so long as that axis intersects the center of the object Vision powah: His vison power allows him to fire beams of energy which simulate the deteriorating effects of time on a target. Jutlin/aging effects, cobwebs, dulling, etc. Element: Skakdi-air. Weaponry: A scimitar stolen from the Zyglak, and as such is acidic. A pistol designed to channel powerful pulses of his element, and a small shuriken for use with his powers.
Name: ‘Thunder’ Is: Skakdi Power: Absorbs energy from moving. This powers up her physical abilities; strength, speed, stamina, and healing are all highly increased by this. However, there is a limit to how fast (and thus how strong) she can get, as her durability is not amplified. Vision power: Thunder’s vision power allows her to see energy and to ‘see’ other senses in exchange for not being able to see light. This is not toggleable, but her amped-up ‘vision’ allows her to ‘see’ sound, smells, tastes and energy. This allows her to see any being with powers, gives her rudimentary sight by seeing the heat on the ground, and lets her see stealthed entities by the energies stealthing them; Huna/Volitak/Iden etc. Element: Skakdi-lightning Weaponry/equipment: Rifle designed to channel her element, machete that does the same, locket with memory crystal.
Name: ‘Far-seer’ Is: Skakdi. Power: Sharing. I know, it sounds lame, but Far-seer can share abilities and traits with others and other objects’ traits with his equipment. He can also force his opponents/their equipment to share… undesirable traits. For example, sharing his vision power to someone forcibly, making them not see well, or forcing the glowing state of a lightstone onto someone’s kanohi. He can only share a power if the owner of the power/owner of the object is willing to share it. Vision power:Zooooooooooooooooooooom vision. Far-seer can zoom in to an entirely absurd level. Element: Magnetism. weaponry/equipment: Telescope, chute blade, Fa-channeling jetpack/cannon.
Surtox Is: Makutoa. Basically, Toa's mind, but he's stuck in a Makuta body with antidermis. Powers: Regular Makuta powers, plus enhanced plasma. Mask: Calix Weapons: Dual heatproof swords Backstory: I am not typing the whole thing out. Suffice it to say that it is long. Also, he used to be an Insanity-esque Su-Toa, and after that a veteran uber-experienced Su-Toa.
All of the following do not look like their set appearances, they have different appearances I hope to one day build. They also can all regrow their spines very easily, Venena in particular can grow it particularly fast. These guys are not Makuta, but are similar. They also cannot be controlled by Makuta like normal Rahkshi. They also, their Antidermis, like a Makuta's, is capable of being stored in other places. Ultimately though, they are generally weaker than Makuta, but it all depends. They can control 'lesser' rahkshi, aka Rahkshi not Elite like them.
Name: Eclipse Alias: Number 1, The Leader Species: Turahk Element: Fire/Plasma Gender: Male Powers: 42 Rahkshi powers at varying levels, Fear at Makuta level. He can use his spine to encover him in a protective sphere. Eclipse also can draw power from fear. Weapons: Knives attached to rope Personality: Charismatic, brave and noble, Eclipse seems to be a good guy. Well, he isn't. He's narcissistic, power-hungry, deceitful and abusive to his subordinates, particularly Fracturion. Eclipse puts on a charming facade to lure allies in, only showing his true colors later on. Backstory: Eclipse was created by Makuta Vulkaine and trained by Vulkaine and Crystalia, eventually he began assembling his team of Rahkshi, unaware that was what Vulkaine and Crystalia had intended. Eclipse had thus began recruiting the Rahkshi Elite 7.
Name: Venena Alias: Number 2, The Healer Species: Lerahk Element: Air/Plantlife Gender: Female Powers: 42 Rahkshi powers at relatively low levels, Healing and Poison at Makuta level high. She can use her individual spine fins as arrows Weapons: A stylized Longbow with razor tips Personality: Elusive and mysterious. Venena is reclusive. Venena does not particularly care for her team, aside from Kuhrika. She will not disturb them if they don't disturb her, except for Hemokai. She loves when Hemokai suffers. Backstory: Created by Makuta Lohraz, Venena is an accomplished fighter in her own right. Trained by Makuta Zenila, whom upgraded her to what she is now, Venena became an adept healer and poisoner, preferring to use her arrows and either heal through those or poison. Found by Eclipse during a raid, he offered her a position on his team as the medic. She eagerly joined his team, hoping to use it to her advantage.
Name: Alita Alias: Number 3, The Warrior, "That Psycho Rahkshi Chick" Species: Guurahk Element: Water/Shadow Gender: Female Powers: 42 Rahkshi Powers at extremely varying levels, Disintegration at Makuta level and Power Scream at level 6. Her Spine can be used as a whip. Weapons: Alita uses bladed tonfa's or her spinal whip Personality: Alita is psychotic. Obsessed with violence, Alita takes gruesome to a whole new level, even Eclipse is wary of her, and for good reason. She's short-tempered and prone to spontaneous fits of wanting global genocide, and she could very well kill Eclipse during one of her fits. Backstory: Alita was created by Makuta Jellica during Makuta Karunax's reign. Stasised for around two years, she was found by Eclipse in the Southern Continent and was offered membership for her exceptional fighting prowess.
Name: Fracturion Alias: Number 4, The Diplomat Species: Panrahk Element: Stone/Psionics Gender: Male Powers: 42 Rahkshi Powers at relatively medium levels, with Accuracy and Dodge at 6, and Fragmentation/Shattering at Makuta level. He can use his spine as a sword as it will straighten. His Teleport and Illusion are at 6 as well. Weapons: Fracturion uses a massive Warhammer. Personality: Calm, collected and friendly, Fracturion has a long temper. He's able to endure much, but when he does snap, all Karzahni is unleashed and Fracturion is very dangerous. Fracturion and Kuhrika both received extensive training, and acted as Umbrax's attendants. Eventually, Fracturion and Kuhrika left but got split up. Fracturion had been approached by Eclipse with an offer to find Kuhrika in exchange for loyalty. Eclipse had no intention of doing so, merely desiring Fracturion's psionic abilities. Trained by Alita and Eclipse on occasion, Fracturion honed his powers to a greater extent.
Name: Hemokai Alias: Number 5, The Defender Species: Vorahk Element: Earth/Gravity Gender: Male Powers: 42 Rahkshi Powers at levels either 2 or 1. Hunger however is at Makuta Crystalia level. Hemokai can use his spine to burrow underground like a drill. Weapons: Hemokai uses two pistols and has a back-up knife sheathed near his ankle. His pistols, if they shoot you, can also suck up some energy to give to him. Personality: Sassy. Hemokai is rebellious, lazy and tries to avoid doing as much as he can. He's sarcastic and more prone to verbal abuse than to actually fight someone. Backstory: Hemokai was created by Zeytran under Inharax's reign, but Hemokai did not want to work, so he fled and hid to be lazy. Hemokai had actually attacked Eclipse, and while easily beating Hemokai, Eclipse saw potential and recruited him due to his potential. He just needed to work on curbing Hemokai's laziness...
Name: Kuhrika Alias: Number 6, The Spy Species: Kurahk Element: Ice/Sonics Gender: Female Powers: 42 Rahkshi Powers, most are relatively low, Silence is at 5 and Chameleon at 6 and Anger at Makuta level. Kuhrika can use Anger to empower her temporarily, unlike Eclipse who can use it indefinitely or save it. Kuhrika is also adept in teleport combat and her Illusion is at Makuta level. Teleport itself is also at Makuta level. Weapons: Kuhrika uses a special Umbrella that with each tip ending in an extremely sharp blade coated in a toxin. The center tip also functions like a machine gun, able to quickly rapid-fire. Kuhrika also will use a knife to quickly dispatch often. Personality: Secretive. Kuhrika is not very trusting, only trusting herself, Venena and to a limited extent, Fracturion and Umbrax. Nobody else. Kuhrika is also very intelligent, more intelligent than the likes of some Makuta! Backstory: Created by Makuta Umbrax with Fracturion, they received much training and acted as his attendants. Leaving his service, she got into an argument with Fracturion. She fled from him, heading to Metru Nui to hide. While there, she practiced her powers and became increasingly potent, yet unrefined. Stumbling across Eclipse's team, Fracturion begged Eclipse for Kuhrika to join, yet he declined. With some pushing from Venena and Fracturion to both quit, and Alita threatening to quit if Venena quit, Eclipse begrudgingly accepted Kuhrika, whom proved a valuable asset as a spy.
Name: Hevirahk Alias: Number 7, The Wildcard Species: Rahkshi of Heat Vision Element: Iron and Magnetism Gender: Male Powers: Hevirahk does not possess the 42 Rahkshi Powers unlike the others. Instead Hevirahk has the powers of "Vanisher", "Vengeance"'s Mind Deflect Power and extraordinary strength. Hevirahk also has Firedracax's Rhotuka power in his armor, as well as Tyrant's powers. He also cannot feel pain. Weapons: Hevirahk's hands were cut off, so he replaced them with chainsaws. Personality: Hevirahk is insane. His mood fluctuates more than the weather does in Minnesota, a lot. He could be crying one second then skipping and dancing in glee then screaming bloody murder the next. He's insane, taking extreme pleasure in the art of murder. Hevirahk also enjoys inflicting pain, because he cannot understand it. He's also very bitter at Makuta Astrona and has a deep hatred for all Rahi. Backstory: In a grandly failed attempt to create a super-soldier by Astrona, Hevirahk was born with no pain receptors. His hands being ripped off by some of her Rahi, he fled for Astrona was mad that he "scared her poor babies". Bitter, he was found by Eclipse who replaced his hands with Chainsaws and allowed him to join due to his violent tendancies and sheer erratic behavior.
Frax Species: Ta-Toa Powers: Elemental Fire Mask: Kanohi Pehkui, Kadin, Miru Weapons: Two swords, linked to his modified Suva. He can summon and desummon them at will. The Suve contains measures for autosharpening them. He also has a Fire crossbow using the same system. Abilities: Frax has trained to thr point where he naturally has Calix-like reflexes and agility.
Dres Species: Ko-Toa Powers: Elemental Ice Mask: Volitak, Huna, Adaptation Weapons: An Ice Blaster, linked to the same Suva system. Abilities: Dres is exceedingly perceptive and an experienced tactician.
Serc Species: Le-Toa Mask: Kadin, Mask of Sensory Aptitude, Mask of Telescopic Vision Weapons: Longrange crossbow. Backpack with two weaponizeable turbines. Abilities: Serc is an experienced recon specialist.
Alck Species: Av-Matoran Mask: mahiki with an integrated comm Weapons: Nui Blaster, the Hurricane airship with systems for turbo/long distance drive and stealth. Abilities: Brilliant mechanic.
Glex Species: Augmented Kra-Toa Kanohi: Mahiki, Selutu Powers: Kra-Toa powers, plus shadow transportation and naturally invisible in the shadows. Backstory: Leader of Extradimensional Exploration Force #22 from the Lord Makuta Umbrax altdim.
Arlk Species: Triglax Kanohi: None Powers: Shapeshifting at Triglax-level, malleable physiology. Backstory: SPecial Ops/Infiltration Specialist(he actually has a backup personality that is an agent of teh Resistance. Shhhh)
Sics Species: Rahkshi of Chain Lightning(Shadow Kraata) Powers: Chain Lightning Weapons: Tesla Staff that absorbs electricity and uses it to augment Sics's Chain Lightning. Backstory: also an operative
Ervl Species: Johmak's Powers: Ervl has trained himself sufficiently to gain full control of his crystalline form. He has managed, with the help of a Ce-Toa, to create an alternate personality with different memories that he can "snap" in and out of. He does this almost all the time. Weapons: Two integrated blades that shatter as he does. Backstory: Same as the others.(He's also a mole. SHHHH!)
