"Observe good brothers! The Mangai attack dogs, swooping ever lower in their defense of the old world! They resort to attacking the very people they claim to protect!"
Foldok raises an eyebrow but does not stop twirling the cable. "Everything about that sentence was wrong. I am not one of the Mangai, none of us are attacking you, and did you just call your own group dogs?"
"They even defy their own Code! A true toa would seek our respect, not blatantly oppose us!" A Su-Matoran cries.

Ooc: I meant "attack dogs". Like dogs used to attack people. You are the mangai's attack dogs.
"They even defy their own Code! A true toa would seek our respect, not blatantly oppose us!" A Su-Matoran cries.
Rahkshi appear in front of the matoran, facing the toa. "Careful, little ones. Leave the toa to us if need be."
Talin cried out, "we thank you for our help, but we have fought long and hard for this glorious moment! We do not shy away from battle! Will will fight and die for freedom!"

...Oh. Foldok would say something about not being the mangai's attack dogs then.
Foldok raises an eyebrow but does not stop twirling the cable. "Everything about that sentence was wrong. I am not one of the Mangai, none of us are attacking you, and did you just call your own group dogs?"

"You seek rashly to destroy what little order there is in this city! This is far more urgent than whether you respect me or not! Why are you marching on the Mangai with hammers and torches?"
Foldok turns exasperatedly to the rahkshi, cable still twirling. "So after we work hard to free you from immoral shadow, you turn around and ally with creatures that can and have murdered entire villages of matoran unaided?"

"If this is your battle, then we will stand aside for your sake." They back into the crowd, resigning their offensive stances to the matoran.

"Don't call us their allies, that title is something that has to be earned, a title you threw away." The rahkshi have now made their way out the back of the back of the crowd.

The walls lower and do not raise again, though the toa are ready to defend themselves if attacked. "To ally is merely to side with someone or something else. I believe you are thinking of some other term."

"whatever they want, we are surely not allied with the wicked bourgeoisie of the mangai! Forward!"

The toa try to hold the matoran back, but are ultimately overwhelmed, chained by their unwillingness to harm the matoran. They hide behind the Citadel's shield. "You will regret driving out your protectors. Some new evil will arise and you will be helpless to defend yourselves."

A Gravitic arrow flies from nowhere, bouncing off the shield to hopefully strike Talin's mask and remove it via sideways Gravity.

"... What?" One of the toa learns of the olmak kanoka built into the building and brings it to Foldok's attention.
Bodayik appears on a bark hoverboard and scans the situation.
So does Avok, completely invisible. Each light power was coming naturally to him, but it would take some time before he could master them. Until then, it was best to limit lightspeed travel to long-distance journeys, and to stick with the powers he knew.
