The Legion have commandeered the Red Star for unknown purposes, and have it situated in the center of their fleet. Instead of red, it now emits a bluish light
Lord General Vybus stands on the Bridge of the Newly acquired Red Star. The Plan was in place. He was ready to begin.
The Lord General did not have to utter the command to send the advance party to the planet below. They were leaving already. Scans of Spherus Magna identified a seismic instability. It was feasibly enough to tear the planet apart. had he emotions, Vybus would have chuckled. The Legion had no need for this planet, nor any other. It might have been humorous for him to send a Graviton Missile into the planet's crust, and speed up the shattering, but it would have been a waste of weaponry. The legion did not waste anything. They were the perfect fighting force. Emotionless, efficient, and cold blooded.
He is still on the ship, but he has mental shielding and is thus mentally undetected.
Mental shielding does not protect you from the Legion. Their specialty is the mind
The mind of a biomechanical being who knows his own mind well enough to shield, purge it's shadow, and apply the principles of sword mastery into itself? Nowhere does it say in thou profiles that the Legion has psychic supremacy, only that they have a hive mind. However, if they do have psionic powers, then I suppose the hive mind could work hard enough to break through the shielding over time, just as Censia would. So...
IC: The general location of the intruder has been found, but any attempts to crush it's mind would appear to have been... deflected? Surely sending in a squad of security would make short work of this nuisance.

One kestora frantically searches the corridors. Odd, wouldn't it have been destroyed/taken over when the Legion invaded? Nonetheless, here it is, looking for that pesky being who dares mess with his ship. "Must locate and eliminate threat before turning myself in to the new caretakers."
