Useful thing, that. Then again, I know (theoretically, at least) how to operate several kinds of ancient artillery. I shall laugh at you as I bombard you with ballista bolts from a nearby hill at a range at which your gun is ineffective.
Hmmm... at what range? I could find myself with a K98 rather than a Mauser C96 (changing the equipment, I know). I could hypothetically then fire at you whilst you loaded the ballista, or even aimed it.
Up to 100 metres for shots with the greatest precision; up to 400 metres in terms of effective range. I think that I'll go with the latter, considering your choice of armament.

...
Dangit. Stupid siege weapons.
Please, anti-personnel weapon. I am referring to a scorpio.
Right, right. Is there armour on the bottom of the tank?
Still multiple millimeters thick, but why...?
I thought that I might be able to launch bolts with Greek Fire-soaked rags underneath it and blow the thing up. This bears thinking about. Still, given tanks' reliability during those days, there's a very good chance that your weapon simply won't get to the battlefield...
On a more serious note, do you think that each Metru of Atero Nui should be a subforum in itself? They are large enough that something like that may be warranted. I have a lot of plans for the city (Elemental dojos for training Toa and Glatorian, for example) and I'm sure that others will want to open shops and so forth; the idea, then, would be to have a general topic for the streets in each Metru and so forth and then other topics that people can create.

Oh, and another thing - where are we going to put Profiles topics? I would suggest one for each iteration of the roleplay, both of them in the 'OOC Discussion' Forum.
Yes, but I wanted your names for the Metru (and eventually descriptions, very likely).
As for profiles topics -- we won't need them. Check out @argai for an example.
In terms of the names, simply the Elemental prefixes with '-Metru' in the style of Metru Nui (Av-Metru at the centre of the city, the others around it [just as a reminder, 'Sand' is now an Atero Nuian Element with the prefix 'Ov']). I think that it makes most sense to have them ordered alphabetically, since that places Av-Metru, the most important district, at the start while simultaneously doesn't show any 'Elemental favouritism' (unlike the BIONICLE storyline, which, of course, really liked Fire).

I have a question, then. As I am known for, many characters. Could we make a profiles topic for "minor" characters? Ones we won't use as much as Majors but still utilize? I'd rather not have to make an account for a minor character
